章節 60: The first night back
"Are you fully awake now? Or do you want more time?" Despite not being fully awake right now, Keito could still hear that voice resonate in his mind. The familiar tones and flashed gated on his mind and penetrated into his heart.
He really wanted to hold the other close and not let go, to bite that nape again and claim. But the king had a feeling it would not go overly well with the other right now. That feeling of not disappointing others was what kept him away from his instincts for now.
"I'm alright now, I think. I can't hear my wolf anymore but I can feel his presence inside me. It feels weird" he expected the other to comment on his condition, because surely it was not something that commonly happened.
But the other did not say much on the topic. When Keito turned toward Noah, the other seemed to be thinking deeply about something. The eyes looked lost in memory while the hand slowly and softly stroked a white fox.

Till one day Xiao Lan saw him - the one who had betrayed his trust all those years ago, the one he swore vengeance on and the one who broke his heart apart. This time the other would not escape his clutches
