This is the most long winded book I have ever read. The author takes three chapters to write one scene and most of the time it is just the netizen reactions. Also, the story seems stupid because for some reason, an ancient and secret family just decided to announce to the whole world about their existence by taking a news camera man with them into the pyramid and announces to the world, again, about the existence of the supernatural world! I think this book should be included in the same category as those chat group novels because of the idiocy and exaggerated scenes.
Based on the first 40 chapters, this seems like an interesting book. The story is basically another Dungeon Defense book, with the MC creating monsters and traps that attack people who enter the tomb. The gimmick is that its all ancient Egyptian themed, and the MC is able to move around and power himself up. Translation quality is pretty good, but there are a few places where they mess up synonyms, like using "Bible" for "holy book". The writing itself is pretty solid for a System novel; the author occasionally forgets the character settings, and the System is prone to solving problems with random things that were never mentioned or explained before they're used. On the whole, this seems interesting and I hope the book gets picked up.

What a sad moment :(, it's actually a good novel but if you can read this you just can read at least the 400 ch in faloo and well.. It's a waste of time to pay for a vip in that page xD, this is a similar novel with just 78 ch at this moment, if you can read something similar 開局成了守墓人

Review made as of July 12, 2021 Current chapters: 35 Chapters read: 19 TQ 4 stars: So far, it's actually pretty good. No mispelled words or any signs of MTL. I would usually think that westernized names were just QI/WN's attempt at localization and not mind it as long as it stays consistent, but considering the setting and premise, I don't think that's what's happening. SoU 4 stars: They rleased 20 chapters in one day and seem to release 3-4 chapters everyday. It may change in the future, but right now it's pretty good. SD 3 stars: Honestly, it's okay/average. I would've rated this higher but the character design directly affects this and brings it down. CD 3 stars: The characters were okay at first, it was like watching a movie so I could forgive some of the stupid decisions they made and some of them actually had common sense. However, it quickly devolved. The MC had minor inconsitencies, but I could forgive that, you can't always trust the words that come out of your mouth in moments of anger. The other characters though, not so much. The officials in charge of the operation act like xianxia characters. WG 2 stars: I give it such a low rating because it's confusing. The author uses real world stuff at the beginning like the location of the pyramid and the pharaoh's believed relation with Ra, but we later learn that the knights templar use cultivation techniques. Like magic or something more western would've fit better instead of that.
I have read quite a few stories on several different accounts and different websites. And so far this the my favorite. It keeps me interested and follows a different path then many other stories that i have read.

I really hope that this book is picked because I love any book about Egypt and it’s history. I find this novel a refreshing read and the concept interesting.
Its stupid. There's no logic and just when I thought it couldn't get worse but it seemed to get dumber. Bottom line is, if you can put up with the stupidity its a nice read.
When will this break of your will be over? How long has it been, more than a year? Maybe more than that? This is the problem with every decent novel.
