It was 11:00 Am all chief of the four district were already in the room. They were waiting for the commissioner who called this meeting. suddenly a man in the uniform entered the room. All four man stand up from their seats. He immediately sit on his seat and tell them to sit too.
"Gentleman, today meeting is called to discus one of the very important topic of our department. The eastern wolves. Last night we got information from one of our informer that eastern wolves going to buy weapons and drugs worth of two millions at Eastwood dock. The police went there and wait for them whole night. But they didn't come. Later it was Revealed that they also got the information of police plan so they change the spot of transection from Eastwood dock to Sanders beach. They successfully managed to buy one hundred M13 assault rifle, three hundred round magazine, twelve rocket propelled grenades and and fifty Kg of cocaine" Commissioner David share the details of the last night police operation at Eastwood dock which gone unsuccessful.
"So it is clear they have successfully bought some of our officers" Harry the chief of the district three said
"It is your area harry you should know each and everything about it" commissioner David scolded Harry.
"What should I do? if i don't know who is helping them from our department. We must captured that black ship or else each and every mission against eastern wolves will have the same fate" Harry helplessly said
"You are right we must find that black ship first" David agreed with Harry.
"I have arrange a presentation on eastern wolves. One of our brilliant officer George will host it" David called George in the room.
"Eastern wolves was founded twenty five years ago by Thomas Shelton. Primarily this organization deal in drugs smuggling but by the passage of time they also start weapons smuggling. As the Eastwood dock fall under their area it became so easy for them to smuggle drugs and weapons directly form locava the lawless city situated in the south of Eastwood. Situation became worst twelve year ago when Thomas Shelton died and Kevin smith became the leader of the organization. His first mission was to gain support from local people. He helped many people and gained their support. From workers at Eastwood dock to labours of city labour union each and everyone contact him when they need help.
Soon. after he got support from local people, Tom the candidate from district east for the city council membership asked his help to win the elections. Tom won the elections with the help of Kevin. They soon became best friends. Tom was also a very rich and has connections in government. With the help of tom Kevin successfully plant his man in local municipality,city council,legal department and even in police. Kevin then became so powerful no one in the city dare to challenge him except dark soldiers. There are two other competitors of the Kevin the knight riders and dark soldiers. Knight riders run by Kevin friend brad so he really don't have any problem with them. Kevin only concern is the dark soldiers who are not only powerful but they also have their connections in the state government which Kevin lacks. The two group often fight with each other and it became daily routine of the police to picked up the dead body of their members everyday.
To make things worst Kevin recently paid a huge amount of money to buy entire locava government and police official. Now he freely smuggle anything from there to here" George sit and drink water. He was really tired after a long presentation.
"So what should we do now commissioner" Harry asked
"Let me think. But first find that black ship at any cost" David shouted and left the room.
