He faced Edan, who nodded as well.
“Is there any solution to this?” Nicholas said in a heavy voice. He considered removing the roses from the castle, drawing anything with the scent. He was desperate for some solution.
“Your Majesty, there is no definite solution to trauma, and the princess had seen more than her fair share of dead bodies. It did not affect her. Thus, we did not realize the extent of her trauma. The mind is very complicated; she would require support to escape this. However, do not do anything that will cause her to blame herself. She did not share her problem anymore in fear of burdening anyone.” Adela matched her eyes with the Empress, who nodded back.
