The end goal of Alexis and Natalia regarding the Raider 01 always had been to hack into the AI system and to register Alexis's voice as the new pilot, or in SAM's words, the new master of the Raider. But now that the goal was finally met, they had no idea as to how they were going to take Raider out of the Dead Zone.

And of course, even if they somehow succeeded in taking the Raider out of the Dead Zone, where would they hide it? Currently they had no other option than hiding the battle craft because for someone to legally own a craft or spaceships according to Earth's law, they would either need to have a commercial license or a pilot's license.

And since, Alexis had not yet graduated from the Academy; she had not yet obtained the pilot's license. And she was no businessperson, so she also did not have a commercial license.
