When I awoke to Landon’s alarm, it was the day of the big play, the play I worked on in drama class for weeks now, I got up, got dressed, pulled on Landon’s hoodie and walked downstairs with him, coffee was made, we grabbed some and breakfast, then headed out, he drove to school, parked, we got out, we walked in, he stopped at his locker, then he walked me to class, he kissed me goodbye, then headed to his class.
I went in and sat next to Tanner, Greyson looked at me,
“You ready for that play? Landon isn’t happy that Trevor’s still getting to be lead after missing days, plus he looks like someone knocked him out. I’m not happy he gets to put hands on you, I wish the teacher had let Nate stay on, he did good from what I heard.”
I looked back at him,” I’m not thrilled either, it makes me sick, I can’t wait until it’s over with, next play I will partner with someone else and Trevor also didn’t say two worlds to me other than play lines yesterday, so it’s all good.”
