It was only Ellie, Shelby’s mom, Unice, and the flower girl, Shelby’s cousin’s daughter, Gracie, who was four. While Shelby’s mother was wiping away her tears, Shelby didn’t look sad at all. No, if Ellie had to choose one word to describe her best friend, it would have to be triumphant. She looked like she had finally conquered the world.
