"Was that not explained to you before? Well alright. Firstly, the place we are in is a law field. A place where the laws, Daos, rules or whatever you want to call it are more prevalent here. Law fields are mostly born naturally but they can be created by placing a sufficient number of any specific Primordial Rune in a certain formation. Once a law field is created, it can then potentially lead to the birth of that particular Primordial Rune. This is the backbone of most clans or sects and usually is the most guarded place within a power. For this law field, we brought some Karma Runes and placed them, then once another Karma rune was born, we took the other Karma runes and returned them to the Kaeron clan. In short, by simplifying the concept greatly, a law field can create a primordial rune, and primordial runes can create law fields." Lucifer explained.
