"The passcode."
After unlocking his phone, Amber quickly called 911. After giving them the details, she hung up the call. "The ambulance and police will be here soon." Shoving the phone back inside his pocket, she ran inside.
Not too long after, the ambulance and police officers arrived at the scene. The police and medical assistants took over the situation while Amber and Ivan followed the ambulance to the hospital.

Saint Berg Hospital.
Renna, who was still unconscious, was rushed towards the O.R as soon as she was brought to the hospital.
"Do you know anyone from her family?" Ivan inquired.
"She has a sister, she stays in the same city." Taking out the form from her bag, Amber frowned, "I think she gave her number in the emergency contact."
Just then a nurse approached them to fill out some forms.
"I'll take care of this, you call her sister." After Amber stepped out, Ivan followed the nurse to the counter.
After completing all the procedures, Amber and Ivan sat in the waiting room.
"Her sister will be here soon." Glancing at the watch, she sighed, "It's already so late, you should go home."
"It's alright, I can stay a little longer. The nurse told me that the officers would like to talk to us so we both have to stay." How could he just leave her alone to deal with everything? He would only feel at peace after he safely dropped her home.
Closing her eyes, she took a deep breath, "I don't know what would have happened if we hadn't acted so promptly."
"Don't worry, she is going to be okay," he comforted her.
After almost an hour, the nurse informed them about Renna's condition. "She is out of danger but unfortunately, she had a miscarriage. Seeing the old and new bruises in her body, it seems like she is a victim of domestic violence. The officers will ask you a few questions shortly, I hope that's okay."
Amber nodded her head and answered, "Absolutely, we are ready to cooperate."
Shortly after the nurse left, the officers arrived in the waiting room to question them about the incident.
After narrating everything that had happened, Amber added, "I am Amber Carlton, I am Renna's therapist. When she did not show up for her sessions, I tried calling her but when she did not answer the call either, I decided to pay her a visit just to make sure everything is okay and—you know the rest."
Looking at Ivan's, the officer politely greeted him. "Mr Carter, I am sorry I did not recognize you earlier."
"That's alright officer, I was also present when everything happened and I hope you will look into this matter properly."
Given Ivan's status in the city, Amber wasn't shocked he knew the officer incharge for Renna's case. Rich people had multiple connections in all fields.
After the officers left, Renna's sister also arrived. After telling her everything that had happened and about Renna's condition, Amber told her not to worry and just take care of Renna.
"She needs to rest now so I'll visit her tomorrow, okay?"
Giving Amber and Ivan a hug simultaneously, Renna's sister sniffled, "Thank you so much, I will be forever grateful to you both. I told Renna so many times to leave that b*stard but—"
"Everything is okay now so don't worry about that. The officers will question Renna after she wakes up, okay?"
After talking to her a for a while, Amber and Ivan left.
