"While you were away, you didn't turn into an animal-eater, did you?" Squinting her eyes, Eve suspected Evan.

Evan panicked when his mother asked him that. He couldn't say that he had become a flesh-eating dragon.

"Eh... Ah... Actually I ate quite a bit, but that was out of necessity because there was no other food." Since he didn't want his mother to know about the fact that he was a dragon, he told a few lies.

"That's great, glad you still remember my advice." After making sure Evan was still a vegan like her, Eve smiled and started eating.
