"Is everyone on board?!"

I yelled at the Knights and A.R.M.A. agents who were going to the old ruins with me, but the sound of the rotors covered it up once again.

Thankfully, Anna, the female agent who had been with us before back in the middle city, had heard me. She relayed the question to the agents on the ground, who all nodded.

Seeing that, I beckoned the pilot, the Knight with the [Vehicle Mastery] skill, to close the chopper door. He nodded and turned around.

Soon the backdoor of the aircraft closed and the helicopter slowly rose from the ground.

I looked outside and saw the agents and the Knights below becoming smaller and smaller. As we slowly moved upwards, I noticed the boundary of the outer city on the horizon... and the dark clouds and stormy area beyond that boundary.

It was my first time flying, but seeing those compromised sectors, whatever joy there was had disappeared.
