"I— Irina?" Damien asked, unsure of what he was seeing. Could it be possible that the woman they had trusted into their family and with their lives were behind whatever this was? There were so many speculations already and now this? What the hell?

"Why?" Nik asked, though somehow he had a feeling that Irina would never betray them. He trusted the woman with his life and that wasn't something that Nikolai did as a hobby. 

He always chose the people closest to him with a lot of care and right now, he wanted to tell everyone that Irina would never betray them, but what if that was true? 

What if she really was a traitor?

"Hello?" Irina sighed as she answered her phone. She wasn't talking to Carl and the phone that Carl was definitely holding wasn't the one Irina was responding to.
