"Now is not the time for us to protect her from her because trust me, Amelia will do what she wants. So you either support her, or get out of her way," Nik said angrily and Carl landed a punch on his jaw. 

They were all frustrated and Nik understood that which is why instead of retaliating, he pulled Carl into a hug, one that Carl was hopelessly fighting. When Nik let him go, Carl wanted Lia to say something, but what was Lia supposed to say?

She had sworn to get her vengeance and there was no way she would succeed if she kept on hiding. Being Jay was one thing, but being herself was something else. If she kept on hiding the world would mock her for it, not that she cared.
