At the hotel where they had first met, Sonia and Bryan lay on the bed in the same room Bryan had lodged at the time.

"I have a surprise for you," Sonia said with a grin, and Bryan raised a brow.

"What?" He asked, and she picked up her phone and scrolled through it until she found what she was searching for.

She grinned as she played it, and Bryan's eyes widened in surprise when he recognized what it was and a grin split his face. It was the recording she had made while they talked that night. (Chapter 20).

Bryan chuckled, "I sound so pissed and frustrated," he said as he listened.

"You were very frustrated and pissed," Sonia said with a giggle.

"You were so stubborn and annoying," he said, and she giggled.

"You deserved all of that for trying to use me to get out of your mess," she said, and Bryan chuckled as he listened to the recording which was still playing.
