The last statements of each of them made me furrow my brows. Both seemed to be on the verge of killing each other, and if Lucas hadn't walked away, then there would have been Aidan punching his face. Though Lucas was stronger, it could result in him getting detention, or worse, expelled for laying his finger on an idol that had the public's eye, unlike him, even in self-defence.

"Celest, are you alright?" inquired Mel when she saw the frown on my face. "You appear to be very worried. What's the matter?"

"Nothing much," I replied with a small, sad smile. "I am just worried about the two of them."

Just as I said that, a hand grabbed hold of my arm tightly and pulled me towards him. My eyes went to meet his, yet he was not even glancing at me.

"If you don't mind, I shall be stealing this friend of yours for important business," he said, making direct eye contact with Mel. "I hope you can control that unstable idiot until then. He seems to have gone insane."
