Kimmy and Cain were walking in the hallway when Cain grabbed Kimmy's hand to hold it. Kimmy smiled when she felt the warmth of Cain's hand. Both of them were aware of the sneaking glances from people they passed by.

Kimmy did not mind since she and Cain were official already, but then she knew that some people would gossip about them since they were once engaged and supposed to be married already.

They stopped walking when they reached Cain's car.

"Thank you so much, Kimmy," Cain whispered, holding her other hand. Kimmy gave him a sheepish smile as she said, "stop that."

She felt shy with how Cain was looking at her. Her heartbeat was drumming hard. Was it because of how he stared at her?

Kimmy bit her lower lip when Cain suddenly pulled her for a tight hug. She hugged Cain back while she fell into deep thought, analyzing her feelings.
