Malcom had difficulty controlling his crying but still managed to say, "A pleasure Mr. Diangelo...!"

He smiled and walked up to Jamal and patted his back, then he said, "No friend of Ezequiel and Jamal will call me, sir. No, you call me Diangelo or D! That's what Ezequiel called me! Or you can just call me Collector!"

Malcom nodded, and, taking a deep breath, he looked at Clare, who saw him with an empathetic smile. 

She had never seen Malcom so emotional, and it was clear that knowing that eccentric man as he was, had removed stories from the past.

Managing to maintain his composure a little more, he said, "You have an amazing collection of impressive treasures in this place!"
