 Matt stared at Medeva with an intense hatred that he didn't know that he was capable of feeling. She had manipulated and killed to get to where she was, but no one understood the full reason why; not that it actually mattered to Matt. Even if she were to try and explain herself, it would just sound like an excuse to him..

 'No one has a right to kill another, unless it's in self-defense, or an agreed upon fight..'

 As Medeva berated Serenity, his fury spiked when she had made the comment about her head. All thought drained from his mind except one: 'I can end this now..'

 Pulling out his trident, Matt swam over the gate, and went straight for Medeva. Her guard intervened, but was barely able to hold Matt back as he swung with his full-force. As he started to overpower the guard, Medeva made a 'tsk' noise, and used her Darkness to send Matt flying.
