 Medeva grinned at him; "Look around.. You're the fucking idiot if you think that you can get out of this."

 Matt glared at her; "I don't need to get out of it if I can kill you."

 "Oh, ever the hero, Matty. But if we both die, that still leaves Ren to be eaten alive by my people.. Then everyone dies, and no one gets what they want. And I always get what I want," Medeva had spoken in a fake sultry tone when she finished.

 Serenity's power spiked, drawing the Siren Queen's attention; "Why are you even still trying? I'm a hundred times stronger than you.. You're never gonna win: you're just pathetic.. Like you've always been."
