章節 42: Preparation of the sacrifice 

Immediately, as the command of Osabiegun had instructed, the royal guards walked in triple steps towards the house of birth.

And back to the palace, Osabiegun, Oranmiyan, Okiki-osupa, the Chiefs and Elders and the Eldest Priest also in their majestical steps returned. 

As the Eldest Priest led the front and Oranmiyan and Okiki-osupa walked abreast each other closely behind the Eldest Priest to which they were followed by Osabiegun and lastly were the Chiefs and Elders. 

Even though they had met not even a single bird in the street of Ifa-ile, they couldn't be happier as the total silence of the villagers of Ifa-ile was their command and he who defiantly disobey shall experience the wrought of the witches. 

At the palace, on their arrival, there was a celebration of the offering. For the Chiefs and Elders who sat in their usual position and Osabiegun who sat kingly on his throne commanded the royal slaves for the serving of palm wine.
