A knock from outside her bedroom door, woke Berenice from her old daydream. Since two hours ago, she just stayed in her bedroom and didn't want to go out at all. After all, no one cared about her or looked for her.

And after she heard a knock on the door, it was Meghan who entered her bedroom. The woman smiled while carrying a wooden tray containing a bowl of hot porridge and a glass of hot tea.

Meghan approached Berenice and she quickly sat on the edge of the bed. "You should eat and recover, Berenice." Meghan said. She no longer calls Berenice as queen, but Meghan has complied with Berenice's request by calling her only by name.

"Thanks, Meghan. How are things out there?" Berenice asked in her weak voice.

"Things are still the same out there. Princess Ariadne hasn't regained consciousness. And soon Cora will come to check on her again. Princess Ariadne should have woken up, but she hasn't woken up yet."
