Diana's P. O. V
June and I both decided to change before heading back to my house. Even the boys couldn't know what we were up to, I wouldn't want to implicate Luca, and I didn't trust Brent enough.
We made a pit stop at a a shop to eat something, June ordered some pancakes for us both, but I didn't have anything close to an appetite.
"You're not eating..." She pointed out, still chewing food in her mouth, I toyed with my fork, letting dance around on the plate.
"Look, the deed's been done already, so try not to think about it so much. Just stuff food down your stomach and rest up at home today." June advised.
"Do you think the boys would have gone to school already?." I asked trying to change the conversation. June drank a huge gulp of juice before clearing her throat.
"Maybe, probably, I think so. They might have just figured out that we left and decided to leave as well." June said with a smile on her face.
