章節 23: Punishment again

"Ah, finally. " Bo Ra says packing her bag getting ready to return back home. "You know I thought you forgot to pick me up this morning but are we going together now?" She questions eyeing Yoo Na as she busied herself with packing her bag.

"Of course. " Yoo Na smiles and hoists the bag across her back, "I didn't see both of them for the whole day. " Bo Ra speaks again while Yoo Na shrugs off.

"I do not care, whatever. " Yoo Na says with a cunning smile while Bo Ra snickers. "Right. " She replies back as she hoists the bag against her back.

"Let's go-"

"Miss. Park. " Yoo Na snaps her head away from her friend who halts on her words once she gets interrupted, Yoo Na frowns seeing him in front of her. "Y-Yes, teacher. " She stutters a bit as nervousness grows within her.

Bo Ra looks between Yoo Na and Yeong Jae, "I have been assisted to work and I would like Miss Hwang to go home and let us be. " Yoo Na gaps while Bo Ra's eyes widen at his words, Bo Ra looks at Yoo Na with a suspicious gaze but then she walks towards the door in hurry hearing him clearing his throat.

"Uh-"

"Go and take a seat. " Yoo Na blinks her eyes, hearing him clear his throat again Yoo Na runs to her desk and sits on it. "Oh-ho, come and sit at the front. " Yoo Na pouts before standing on her feet as she makes her way to the front row, she sits on it comfortably and waits for him to speak up.

He was about to speak when he found his mobile vibrate inside his pocket, he takes it out and sighs as he read the message. He places it back into his pocket and faces her.

"So, Curse my luck or whatever but I have been asked to tutor you. Come on take out your book. " Yoo Na groans hearing his words but she stops pressing her lips into a thin line when she saw him glaring at her.

"I am the one troubled because of you and there you are groaning, do me a favor and score well so that I can stop being around you. " He says turning on his back as he walks to the front and stands in front of the whiteboard. Yoo Na felt her heart being pierced with a needle the way he expressed his hatred towards her.

She sighs nodding her head and says, " I will do my best, sir. "

"Good, now turn the chapter one. We will study from the beginning. " He says writing on the board while Yoo Na sighs mentally groaning knowing that she would have to study longer.

It was about half an hour with them studying in the class, she yelps when the sky outside roared all of a sudden with lightning, the sky got slowly dark making it harder for her to observe the surrounding.

"Is it raining... all of a sudden?" Yoo Na mumbles to herself as she looks out of the window, she pouts seeing the raindrops falling down and she looks back at him. "Sir, can we stop for today?" She questions hesitantly.

Yeong Jae looks back through his shoulder as he stops writing on the board, he then looks out at the rainfall getting heavy.

"Hmm, do you have a ride home?" He questions while Yoo Na nods her head, "But if I wouldn't have had would you drop me home?" She questions with a smile but her smile vanishes away at his response.

"Why would I? Anyway, I have better things to do. " He says placing the book on the desk and closing the cap of the marker. He looks at her and speaks, "You better hurry up before it gets worse. I am heading out. " He states his words not caring the look she was giving him.

He walks to the door and turns around while Yoo Na rolls her eyes at him and raises her fist in the air but she retracts her hand back seeing him looking at her. Yeong Jae had a slightly amused gaze but he clears his throat and speaks, "Solve the exercise and I will check it tomorrow. "

He walks out leaving a groaning Yoo Na alone in the class but she screams in fear as the sky roared loud enough making her fasten up her pace in packing up. Though it was still afternoon, the sky went dark because of the dark clouds covering up the sky.

Yoo Na runs out of the hallway hoisting the bag across her shoulder, she grabs her phone and calls him, "Uncle, Can you come to fetch me back home?" She says once the call gets received.

"Oh, I am already at the gate. I waited as you didn't appear and got informed that you would have an extra class. " He says through the other side, Yoo Na sighs in relief and smiles.

"I am running there, just wait for me. " She says and ends the call as she runs down the stairs. From the corner of her eye, she was him walking out of the teacher's room, not wanting to face him this moment Yoo Na rushes out of the stairs.

"Oh-ho, I would appreciate if you don't make me carry you again, walk slow. " Yoo Na freeze on her spot gripping the railing of the stairs at the sudden voice, she slowly looks around to see him walking down the stairs at a distance from her.

"Sorry... sir. " Yoo Na mumbles bowing her head down but still she dashes away despite his warning, Yeong Jae scoffs shaking his head as a smile comes upon his face. As he realizes that he smiles he clears his throat and fondles the head of his tie, he then walks down the stairs as if nothing happened.

"Uncle!! Come closer, can you?" Yoo Na yells as she stands just below the gate with her bag above her head, she looks around to see the raindrops hitting harshly against the ground and the walls nearby, and even debris of water puddle was starting to appear along the road.

The car door opens with the elder's head peeking out from the front seat, "Get in, come on run!" He yells while Yoo Na sighs taking in a deep breath preparing herself for the sprint. "Okay!!" She yells before dashing towards the car, she enters inside and shuts the door close while panting softly.

Soon instead of panting laughter erupts the silence of the car, with the sound of raindrops hitting the surface their laughter remained within the car. Yoo Na smiles after she calms down, "Uh, I had fun. " She says looking at the man who had his head turned towards her.

"I think you did. " He mumbles with a smile, "Let's go back. " he says turning around to the front and starting the engine.

"I am turning on the heater, you are slightly wet. " The elder says pressing a button and driving the car away, "It's okay though. " Yoo Na says leaning against the window as she watches the rainfall with a smile. She indeed loved the smell of the rain, she closes her eyes enjoying the rain.

"Miss, we reached home. " Yoo Na opens her eyes slowly to see the elder shaking her, she ended up asleep without her knowing. Yoo Na smiles nodding her head as she stretches before walking out of the car, he had an umbrella ready for her.

"It is still raining?" She questions herself with a sigh as she takes in the sight of heavy rainfall.

They both walk in to be welcomed with a sight of the couple sitting on the couch.

Soo Min snaps her head towards Yoo Na and she tsk and says,

"Now, time for punishment. "
