I've been here for an hour, trying to make any ground to get deeper into the cave, but no matter what I do, the entrance always ends up right behind me. I don't know what I'm supposed to do here. I'm obviously supposed to enter, but I can't go anywhere.
These are the parts of The Force I don't like. The obscure mysteries and problems that, even if you're powerful, you can't solve or fix. In my frustration, I throw my hand forward and unleash a current of white Force Lightning.
The cave screams back at me in a hollow echo of the crackling sound. I don't have a millisecond to react before the cave swallows me. In the span of a second, I find myself falling. Before I can correct myself, I land on my back.
Hard.
The air leaves my lungs, and I cough as I try to catch my breath. After a couple of seconds, I stand up and see a tall cavern with vines hanging down from the top.
"Nowhere to go but forward..."
The Force brought me here for a reason, and one that I intend to find out. I thought I was here to find out how to reach Abeloth. But something else is going on here, and I have yet to find out.
After a few minutes of making my way through the hanging vines, I push through a thicker area and lose my balance and fall through as I do. But when I open my eyes, I'm no longer in a cave. I'm in a room similar to the one I had on Tython.
My eyes glide around the room, and it's the one I had when I first arrived. Satele didn't want me with any of the other kids. My power was too volatile now that it was awakened.
As I move over toward the bed, I look at the table next to it. There, sitting all alone is a picture of my mom and dad. I miss them every day. I reach out and pick up the picture. They were everything a kid could ever hope for in parents...
"I'm sorry I couldn't save you... If I was stronger... Better... You'd be alive and with me..."
A familiar and old pain starts to creep into me, and it's one I can't and never will be able to control. The room shakes slightly, and the glass in the picture frame breaks.
I set the picture down, and release a sigh.
When I blink, the scenery changes, and I'm in a familiar landscape. One that I hoped I'd never see again...
"Don't do this to me..."
The words leave my lips as the pain sets in. Knowing where I am and what I'm about to see...
This place is my hell...
Ryloth.

It's been five days at this point, and I'm beginning to think this will take much longer than any other time Nate was meditating.
"Be okay..."
I'm worried about my cousin. He's my best friend and teacher. The only person I have that can protect me anymore. Mom would be upset about what's happening but wouldn't be mad at Nate or me. Only scared something terrible would happen.
I've been practicing with my lightsaber and The Force like Nate would want me to. But my mind always drifts back to the same thoughts...
What if he needs my help... What if he's in danger... Is he hurt...
They run rampant through my mind, and nothing I do gets rid of them. I know how powerful Nate is and his true origins. But that doesn't mean he's invincible. His physical body may be nearly impossible to harm.
But his mind is just as vulnerable as mine if presented with an opportunity. Sure, his active mental defenses are impenetrable. But when he relaxes, there is a slippage. One I've seen and felt when around him for so long.
If he's not done in the next 3 days; I'm going back down there and checking on him. The risk of injury be damned. When someone you care about is in danger, you help them even if it hurts you a little in the end too.
I can feel the chaos down there... Something is about to happen, and it's going to be big...
