章節 24: Chapter 23

The following day was spent walking through the forest as usual. Livana had eaten before leaving the shelter. She had proposed to Kaeleb to feed on her but he had categorically refused so she hadn't insisted. After that their interactions had been the same way as before they first had had sex but with the perks of Kaeleb kissing her or subtly touching her every once in a while. As if he had been holding back all this time and now that he knew he could, he couldn't help but do it at every chance he got. A least it was what Livana liked to believe.

Now they were on the ground in the forest. They hadn't come across another shelter but they had brought a blanket from the other one with them. It was the middle of the night and Livana couldn't sleep anymore. Everything was dark around her. Kaeleb was behind her with an arm lazily wrapped around her waist and she knew he was deeply asleep.
