John's job with the company, between 2014 and 2017, involved inspecting outdoor areas of land. A number of residents once requested that a small piece of grass on the edge of a cul-de-sac would be changed into car parking spaces.

This was a small project that John worked very hard on. However, initially a drawing was produced that turned out to be completely unfeasible from an engineer's perspective. It's strange how sometimes the short term disaster can magnify itself into an array of long term consequences. When this took place, John was very concerned about the amount of money that had already been spent by the company.
