Three days later Pudding left The Phantom. This left Ben, Ricky and Belti's two other students who were still in close door seclusion.
"Hey dude, since this is your last night, why don't we have a drink. You know, to celebrate our friendship." Ricky came to Ben with a wine bottle and two tumblers.
"Sure, why not?" immediately Ricky set the wine bottle on the table Ben laughed. "If I'm not mistaken, this is quite an expensive bottle, are you sure you are to be taking this?" Ben exclaimed as he saw the crystal blue wine bottle.
"You think?! Tell me about it. If my dad was to find out what I brought this out for, I'm screwed." Ricky laughed. He then poured Ben a glass and one for himself.
The wine was sparkling as it swirled in the cup in Ben's hand. It gave off a good aroma with alcohol in the mix. He took a sip, allowing his tongue to have a good taste. With a quick sniff he caught a swift of the various fruits used in the brew. Slightly closing his eyes to enjoy every bit of the wine's taste.
As Ben kept indulging himself in the aftertaste he could certainly discern that there was something off with the wine. it wasn't like the noble's wine he's taken back in his father's mansion or at the city Lord of Nalazi's place. It was quite stronger than your normal everyday high quality wine.
"Tell me Ricky, this isn't your normal wine, now is it?"
"You have no idea, this is a Silver martini." Ricky laughed.
"Really? You're lucky to have this type of thing in your hands even though you're the second son of a Lord." said Ben.
"Ah fuck..."
"Hahaha!" Ben burst out laughing when he saw Ricky's reaction.
"...Why can't I get that stretch off me!" Ricky grunted.
"What!? That you're the second son of a noble. Dude, do you have any idea just how many people would beg to become servants to a common merchant, so you better suck it up man."
After chatting, Ben got to know more about Ricky. As it seems Ricky won't be returning to his family for the time being. He wishes to travel around and find opportunities to level up. Ben loves that idea but he decided to return to Nalazi, where his mansion is and the brother and sister duo.
Ben believes that after nearly two years the restaurant business Vivi wanted must have had a footing in the market place already. Excitement boiled in his heart as he will be able to teach Vivi how to cook Earth food... Or more like show this world how the real dishes were made. He'll be sure to not only blow their minds but their tummy as well.
"Ben and Ricky, come to my office, now." mentor Belti's raspy voice came from the walls of the ground floor. Of course they weren't surprised since this wasn't the first time he's done it. Right before Sonia and Pudding were to leave he had called them into his office.
Stepping before the door leading to their mentor's office a white light encapsulated them both before they disappeared. Appearing before a long corridor they continued on without stopping for once, Belti wouldn't have called them into his office of he hasn't deactivated the runes inside the corridor.
Behind the dark brown mahogany doors they were met with an even more exquisite mahogany table with a Light Pearl working as a lampstand and a few papers and other things. Ben and Ricky stepped forward only doing before the table. They crossed their hands over their chest and bowed, giving their mentor a wizard's bow.
"Mentor, you sent for us." Ricky said still bowed.
"Raise you heads. Yes, I called for you two, since you will be leaving today I have to prepare you," Belti began taking out two think leather cover books and handed one each to them. "This is what I have chosen to give you on your journey. This book has more than a thousand runes inside and over one hundred array inscription in it. As The Phantom is a school specialized in runes and being your mentor I already know you two are one of the best when it comes to runes. I have imprinted my sigil into your ID cards so you'll be able to know when the school will be resuming. The school will also do the same." just as he spoke he drew a very complicated rune duplicated midair before diving into their ID cards. "I wish you safe ways."
"Thank you mentor." the two bowed as they received the books then left.

Huuu...
The world was painted white with black streaks that ran vertically all around. In the middle of nowhere a black hooded figure sat atop a horse, walking ever slowly as even the horse was having some difficulties with the snow reaching as high as the it's knees, almost two feet deep.
The chilly wind would occasionally flutter the figures cloak making the figure to sway from side to side. The figure's head suddenly jerked, looking towards the left and saw four demon creatures growling at their direction. Another group of growls came from behind. They were more than fifty metres away.
The demon creatures looked almost like hyenas, but they were jet black in comparison with eerily green eyes, sharp fangs and claws. A complete contrast to the white world. They were reaching three feet in height with a lot of muscles that bulged here and there all over their body.
Counting a total of nine Green Fixed Hyenas the figure spurred the horse into a sprint, but because of the thick snow the horse was barely walking faster while from the two side the demon creatures was gaining on them fast. Two Green Fixed Hyenas was already less than ten metres from the running horse.
Seeing that it was useless escaping with the help of the horse the figure stopped the horse and stepped down. Just as the figures legs made contact with the snow it hardened, turning into ice preventing the figure from sinking.
When the demon creatures saw the human come down from the house they had thought the human must have given up on life. The two Green Fixed Hyenas lunged at the figure who unsheathed a broadsword, firmly holding it with both hands, in a swift and precise motion Ice Swordbeams was sent out cutting off the top part of the Green Fixed Hyena's head from their gaping maw, leaving only their lower jaw attached to the rest of the body.
Those who have yet to catch up momentarily paused when they saw two of their comrades drop dead with brain matter flying out, blood adding another colour to the white world of snow.
The remaining seven demon creatures raced to that figure in a maddened state, eyes burned with fury and rage but that figure didn't stay ideal. Holding the hilt of the broadsword again the future dashed forward with outstanding speed.
Less than thirty minutes later the hooded figures shoulder could be seen to be dislocated with the figure limping. Blood tricked down the arm while walking. The horse too afraid in the face of numerous Late Servant-class demon creatures was killed for not reacting on time.
The good side though would be that the figure would be reaching a city in another eight miles or maybe not... due to blog lose. After walking more than three miles the figure took out a bottle containing a liquefied green content and downed it at once. It was the last one out of the three in the bag making the person regretful.
Unfortunately, the injuries this time weren't light making the potion work only halfway since the claws of the Green Fixed Hyenas were highly poisonous hindering the medicinal effect of the potions to work.
Breaking every type of sweat and forcing every muscle the figure moved on. If it were any other person they would be most likely dead. The figure was lucky to have the ice element slowing down the poisonous effects further.
The figure fought against every muscle trying to go against the Will to survive. The figure knew that trying to take a rest will only result to one thing; Death.
