Adding to this, Maverick11 and Leokey_9781 have pointed out that I tend to give too much information and should focus on being more concise, getting to the point with fewer words. Many readers have raised similar concerns in the past.
I admit, I often dive deeply into every scenario, exploring various possibilities and detailing characters' thoughts and actions. I do this believing some readers might miss the impact of MC’s actions on the Card world & the myriad realms and why a certain character behaved in a particular way. After all, MC’s battles so far have been battles of wits than of strength, as all his enemies have been stronger than him.
However, MartialTia recently noted that readers mature alongside the story, so I should strive to improve in this area, and I find myself agreeing.
Today’s chapter, “Secrets of the Cursed Primordial Bloodline,” is one of those chapters but I tried to convey a lot with fewer words (the hidden dangers of MC’s bloodline). I would appreciate your feedback on how I managed it.
