Princess Yasmin was a mess even after prince Malik was back home being examined by the physician. Her heart was in pain while her mind was still in shock.

Within the few minutes that she handheld his bleeding form in her hands, she saw it all. How she never said anything good to him.

It was as though their entire interaction was replayed in her mind on repeat. Ugly, worthless, useless, fool, bastard! There wasn't a single nasty word she left out when dishing out insults to him.

At first, it started innocently, with a simple fool. Then it gradually progressed to the point she was almost hitting him. 

She didn't know what caused her aggression towards him. The man never caused her any harm. On the contrary, he silently took everything she gave.

While she disrespects everything he stood for, he gave her the respect she deserved. More than the sudden discovery of how deep-rooted her emotions were, it was the guilt that slowly ate at her.
