Jibril didn't get the time to admire how beautifully designed her abode was. He was knew worried about her health status for she fainted the second the shackles were freed.

He felt guilt gnaw at his heart. If only he had appeared earlier, her injury wouldn't be this severe. He slowly stripped her out of her clothes.

His gaze didn't linger more than needed. Even as he cleaned her gently, he had no trace of lust in his touch not desire in his eyes.

He only worried for her. Once the stench of blood no longer lingered around them. He looked around for new sets of clothes and helped her into them.

Once he was certain that she was comfortable, he took a shower before joining her in bed. He laid beside her holding her close to his heart.

His thoughts wandered to his sister. His heart worried for her too. She always ended up in one mess it another.
