Angelo and Lily walked out of the room after the latter changed into comfortable clothes.

Her brother smiled at her as they walked through the long corridors before walking down the spiral staircase.

Being away from this place made her acknowledge everything she ever took for granted. Her parents, her brother, her home, and everything else ensured her comfort.

Before the events that had made her see the world in a different light, she was just a pampered princess. Yes, she admitted it to herself.

Everyone took care of her needs. They ensured that whatever she wanted she got. The people around her worked to please her and cater to her every whim.

She didn't notice nor appreciate it before. She leaned her head on her brother's shoulder. He was her most treasured person.
