Gray's face was filled with sorrow and guilt. He stood before Walker narrating Hunter's traumatic childhood experiences. Walker simply sat on the sofa and listened, sometimes frowning, sometimes nodding. However, he was still mostly unfazed by the horrific details that the person in front of him spoke about.
After revealing his son's tragic back story, Walker gave a reassuring smile and said, "You have already done everything he could, Gray." He motioned for him to sit down next to him, patting on the empty area of the sofa next to himself. Gray sat down, crouching downwards and placing his palms on his face, feeling helpless.
