He had fought her decision to follow him, she had fought right back. In the end she had won. So she'd called Bryan on the way, and although she heard his worry, she made him understand how she couldn't stay in the shop while that deranged woman sang victory. Eventually Cedric had closed shop and stayed with Bridget until he got word that was well.

" There are about five cops in that house holding her down, so the worst is passed." he said when they reached the cabin, but Aine shook her head,

" No it isn't , Callum's being shot."

"he'll be fine. She didn't hit anything vital." Aine just nodded,

"I still want to see her."
