Gideon suddenly straightened his back. He narrowed his eyes and looked at her. "What did you say?"

Freya looked at him and repeated herself clearly, "I said I don't feel like making dinner tonight."

The man laughed angrily. "Are you throwing a temper?"

Freya walked over to the clothes hooks in the living room and retrieved her coat and bag. She looked at the man and said mildly, "I would never dare. I'm just not in the mood to cook after getting into an argument with you."

The moment she finished her sentence, she went upstairs.

The man said from behind, "Only if you don't spend the night here, will I not mind if you don't cook."

Freya blurted out. "Fine. I won't stay here tonight."

Gideon smiled ambiguously looking at her. "Oh really?"

Freya was annoyed, but she said nothing.
