The sudden ring of Mo Xiuchen's cell phone interrupted his kiss with Wen Ran. He frowned slightly, reluctantly released her, still keeping one arm around her waist, and reached for his phone with the other hand.

Wen Ran's eyes were hazy, her cheeks flushed, and her legs soft, unable to support her standing.

After glancing at the caller ID, Mo Xiuchen, still holding Wen Ran, sat on a nearby couch. Only then did he press the answer button, his voice filled with unsatisfied yearning, "What is it?"
