章節 145: Everything has Changed

Vaughn and his mother shifted their gaze to Chlea who has just came out of the room half-asleep. She is rubbing her eyes and is oblivious that someone aside from Vaughn and her is around.

"Who was that? So noisy early in the morning," She rubbed her eyes and tried to adjust her sight to the light. Vaughn rushed to her after she spat those words, afraid that she might spit out other words that might make his mom turn into the scary woman that she is.

Amelia cleared her throat after hearing Chlea's half-asleep remark which made her well-defined eyebrows shot up to the ceiling. "Good morning, Chlea," That is when Chlea fully woke up and instantly bowed to show apology.

"I am so sorry Tita Amelia, I did not know it was you." Chlea apologized in a quick tone while she is still bowing her head. Vaughn is still beside Chlea, his hands are resting on her back to support her.
