"Why?" I asked Dominique. She looked at me with a sad face. I'm still sobbing when she arrived. "Why did this happen to them? They have a special ability to control them, right?" I asked.

It is a family tragedy. I cannot imagine the horror of being hunted by your own kind. "Did the royal family do something horrible to them?" I questioned as I felt my chest tighten. My sight is blurry because of the tears.

Dominique sat beside me as she held my hands. She shook her head. "The royal family won every rebellion against them until the last one happened. They did not foresee that the witches and vampires will help the rogue werewolves. They cannot use their special ability against other kinds. There were also humans that helped them. Humans used guns to kill the royal warriors and bombs to destroy the castle." She explained.

"Humans knew werewolves, vampires, and witches exist?" I asked surprisingly.
