If he was his original self, he would be on par with the ancestors of the Void of Oblivion and could easily give her a good fight. Whether they would be able to win against Kana is another story. 

But this just means that the powers of those hidden in the shadows of the Void of Oblivion were not weak in the slightest. And this also showed that there was more to the powers people could gain than met the eye.
