Eliza woke up and saw that Vincent was still reading, but she was feeling thirsty, as she debated whether or not to tell him, not wanting to interrupt him.

Sensing her gaze, he turned to look at her and said, "There is still time if you want to rest more." He told her like coaxing a child so, that she would sleep more.

But she was very thirsty, so she said, "It's just that I need to get some water or some refreshment."

"Oh, that's okay, I'll go and get it." He stood up quickly, not allowing Eliza to say another word, but seeing him like that, she didn't hesitate for a second as her body reacted and followed him.

Forgetting Matthew's body lying on the grass.

"You didn't have to follow me you know? I could come to get it on my own." Vincent said with an indulgent smile, as they walked towards the nearest drink machine.
