By this time she was slowly stopping her attitude which pissed him off. She had wiped her tears and could now think through. 

Shiro knew instantly that she was acting the way she had acted because of the things she had seen the whole time before they called her father. 

Her mental state had already gone through a lot within a few hours, so at that moment to Shiro, it was not surprising that she had acted that way. 

He began to see reasons for certain things and discovered why he shouldn't have acted the way he did to her. But what mattered at the moment was that she was no longer acting the strange way she was acting.
