章節 17: Just die already
I stared at the captain of the Seven deadly sins.
"Now then, I'll have you return Elizabeth." Meliodas said.
I smiled, it was the same line from the anime. Plus I don't really have to worry about death due to there being so many of us and the fact Hendrickson is so far away from the castle where the gray demon is. He won't be able to fuse with it and the demons that the new generation turns into are pretty weak so I think we got this in the bag.
However before Meliodas could confront Hendrickson he was forced to fight Gilthunder. Those two began to move away from us as they battled. Guess that leaves one opponent for us but he is stronger then Gilthunder by no small margin. Plus that demon blood gives him regenerative abilities.
"It's over Hendrickson, you're outnumbered." I said.
"Outnumbered? That does not matter with this power I am using. You will all be beaten anyway." He raised an eyebrow at what I said. It seems he thinks the demon blood is unbeatable, let's change that.
I launched myself toward him and shot several soul beams in different directions. Those soul beams proceeded to curve toward Hendrickson and shoot toward him. Hendrickson jumped up into the air to dodge the soul beams and I stopped. I crouched and jumped at Hendrickson at a high speed.
As he saw me coming I pulled out a sword and swung at him. He blocked the blade easily and pushed me back onto the ground. It didn't take much effort for him because my strength was more focused on my soul magic.
Hendrickson landed on the ground again and laughed "After that beam earlier I was expecting you to be a tough opponent but it seems I was wrong. You don't have as much strength as I thought you did."
I let him think what he wanted because in the end it will come back to bite him when I blast him to dust with my magic.
I noticed Josh speed by me and I looked over. It seems he was enshrouded in some sort of light magic that covered him and his sword. He rushed at Hendrickson and the two engaged in some high speed sword combat.
As they were fighting I noticed the temperature was getting colder. I looked behind me to see the girl who was with Josh using some sort of ice magic. She raised her sword in the air then thrust it into the ground. As she did this she shouted
"Ice Spread!"
Ice raced across the ground around us covering it. Arthur, Josh, and I were not effected however Hendrickson on the other hand was fully encased in ice from head to toe. Josh stepped back then rushed forward thrusting at Hendrickson breaking the ice and stabbing him through the chest.
Hendrickson roared in pain and attempted to stab Josh and he was forced to let go of his sword and fall back to the rest of us. Hendrickson seemed very unhappy, it seems the light magic covered the sword makes him feel pain, good. Or it was good until Hendrickson took the sword out and tossed it aside. It clattered on the ground nearby and out of reach.
Josh frowned "Just die already."
Hendrickson smirked "No one can beat this power, it's unbeatable!"
I stepped next to Josh "You got any powerful attacks?" I whispered.
"I got one but it takes a while to charge, you two will have to keep Hendrickson busy." He replied.
"No problem!"
Josh stepped back and started to concentrate. I turned toward Hendrickson and dropped my sword. It's time to get serious.
"Now that you three had your fun let me join in as well." I said
I shot a soul beam at Hendrickson who didn't even bother dodging it as it pierced through him. I took a soul and pushed it into myself. This was how I used soul boost. I felt myself get stronger as I rushed toward Hendrickson. I didn't have a weapon but at the moment I was better at hand to hand combat anyway. It was also easier to combo with my magic because it requires a open hand at the moment. I got no spells that can be used while holding something.
Hendrickson seemed a little surprised that I was charging in without a sword but he did not staysurprised for long.
"Acid down."
I jumped up into the air just in time to avoid acid that had gathered where I had been seconds before. During my training which Urahara I had gotten a whole lot of combat experience so I was able to fight like a seasoned warrior. I landed on the ground and immediately continued to charge at Hendrickson. I reached Hendrickson and he attempted to stab me. I strafed to the side and have him a good uppercut.
"You should of have gone for the head." I smirked.
Hendrickson stuttered back a little before regaining his composure and striking back. The two of us continued to exchange blows but I was losing. I did not put enough effort into improved my physical strength and Hendrickson was a Holy knight that had demon blood. I was bound to lose and I could feel him toying with me but I had to keep his attention and fighting long range would not accomplish that.
Then Hendrickson noticed something behind me. I looked over and saw light streaming around Josh as it converged into him.
"What!?" He shouted.
He seemed really surprised at what Josh was doing. Hendrickson then stopped toying with me and I was punched back into a wall. He rushed at Josh hoping to disturb Josh's magic but then Ice came up from the ground freezing Hendrickson Hendrickson managed to break out but it was enough. Josh opening his eyes and said
"You shouldn't have been so cocky."
Then up from the sky there was a small flash of light then a large pillar of light descended from the sky and right on top of Hendrickson. I could hear him shouting in fury inside as he was obliterated. When the light died down all that was left was a large crater with nothing in it, not even a body. Isn't that too powerful? Actually it needs to charge up so I guess that it to negative part of it.
I looked over at Josh " You sir, are a bit too powerful. It feels unfair."
"Well I guess luck factors in when you get your magic." He said.
There goes one problem, now let's get to upgrading this Universe! Cause afterward we have a lot of work to do because I doubt it will be a small upgrade. A day or two of training should accomplish my strength to go over 3000.

Ellenad How as my first real time at writing a battle. Also we finally reached 15k words. That took a while. Continue reading and I will keep posting. I think I will post a chapter every other day from now on except on weekends, those are my break days.
