Then I heard a voice that is going to give me trust issues.

"Hello, it's been some time since I talked to you. You see, I need you to do me a favor. My personal assistant Truck-kun sometimes kills more the he is supposed to. So I have to make up for that by giving the souls 2 wishes. However I have so many souls that keep asking to be reincarnated into the anime thing you have from earth. So I am going to send a few souls your way. As a trash grade universe you should be thankful to have souls from my universe. Anyway I only have five souls to send at the moment. They will automatically be reincarnated as people in your universe. Good Luck! Also, many of them have wished to be reincarnated with a strong skill or ability. The only good thing is that they aren't as strong as the skill your friend got which was king grade."

'As you are trash grade it is a simple matter for him to interfere with your universe.' Jasmine responsed.

"DAMN IT! I DON'T WANT DAMN OP ISEKAI PEOPLE RUNNING AROUND MY UNIVERSE AND CREATING HAREMS! THOSE GUYS MESS UP EVERYTHING! WHAT THE HECK AM I GONNA DO IF ONE OF THEM INTERFERES WITH MY PLANS TO UPGRADE MY UNIVERSE! Ok, deep breath here."

'This message occurred 15 years ago and the people are not fully grown.' Jasmine stated.

" Wait are you telling me they were given a chance to grow up before I can take care of them?" I said with sweat dripping down my face.

'Yes'

I continued to curse for a couple of minutes.

"Ok I've calmed down now. It's spilled milk now."

How do deal with this problem? Knowing people from my world and the fact that they have cheats will make them think they can do anything given time. So I got to place some sort of restriction on them to prevent them from getting too strong. Actually, where even are they?

"Jasmine, where are they?"

'There are currently five souls who were isekaied. They can be found in different places around your planet. One is in Naruto, one in Bleach, one is Black Clover, one in The Seven deadly sins, and the last one is in the Overlord continent.'

Ok, I have to find a way to restrict them. Oh, I got an idea.

"Is it possible to restrict the iskeaied characters so they can't learn skills or Magic apart from the nation they are born in?" I asked

'It is possible for a low grade universe to do such a thing.' Jasmine said

YES, I just need to get stronger quick so I can upgrade the universe. Now that I have found the method I just need to use it. Hopefully if they find out about me they won't somehow link it to me. However that's only if they somehow know that guardians exist.

Now, how to get stronger? Let's check the shop. I opened the shop and searched for items to make me stronger.

It seems the pill brought my power level up by 500. However it only seems to be my physical strength that increased. Also, a perk of being a guardian is that if I don't want to be all muscles I can make my body look normal and not all buff. I decided to just keep my old look.

Noe the problem is how to get even stronger. I don't really know what to do at the moment. If I trained by myself I can already tell that it would not be enough because I would probably only stick to the One Punch Man training routine.

The other option is to find someone to train me. However, the question is who? I can cross out the leaf village because they would only train the ninja in their village. I can cross out soul society because they would only train soul reapers. The clover kingdom would only train their knights and nobody in Britannia would help me out.

Wait, how could I forget him? In Karakura town there is Urahara. I could ask him to train me. I would have to work out the details on getting him to train me but it's possible.
