Lana watched from the window of her room how Issac and Noah were trying to communicate with Patel. She smiled seeing Patel communicating with them. She was afraid that she wouldn't be able to fit in and felt that she was an outcast.

Things will not be easy on Patel, Until now she isn't aware of her mother's death, It's only a matter of time before she knows, Things will become more complicated, The revenge circle will only grow bigger.

Lana sighed as she moved away from the window, But she went back to look again when she heard the sound of a car engine nearing the gate. It was Ethan, Her son. He is back, Closing the window, She left the room.

Once the guards saw the familiar car, They quickly opened the gate door to let the car enter.

Barking at the car, Ethan got out of the car and made his way towards the mansion entrance and was welcomed by his mother who was waiting for him at the entrance with a firm look on her face.

"I'm warning you, Ethan, Don't you ever think about laying a finger on her, This your last warning." Lana said as he walked past her.

Ethan stopped in his tracks and turned to look at his mother before he made his way towards the stairs, His eyes full of sadness, As always.

Lana shook her head hopelessly and turned to look at the garden and was surprised to see Patel smiling.

"She has a beautiful smile." Lana heard her daughter Alice say.

"A beautiful smile with lonely eyes, How tragic." Lana replied to her daughter's words.

"Is there no way for her to hear or speak? Medicine has advanced in many specialties." Alice inquired.

Lana nodded her head and replied.

"I'm already looking into it, I just wanted to give her some time to adapt, I have spoken with the doctors and they are waiting to examine her."

"That's good, I'm sure she will be happy once she knows that there is hope for her." Alice said before she left her mother said and went to join Patel in the garden.

Three days later, At a private clinic.

The doctors looked at the old scans with a complicated look on their faces. What the scans were showing was almost impossible to repair.

"This is going to be very difficult. It's like her voice box is completely distorted. It's a miracle that she can breathe normally." One of the doctors said.

"It's difficult, But complicated. It may be possible, But we need to see her first." Another doctor said,

"I will bring her here, I just need a little time." Lana replied as she stood up and left the room.

After she left the clinic, She went straight back to the mansion. With Ethan being there, She can't guarantee that things will be peaceful as the last two days.
