That was unexpected. Raf looked at Sabrina as if she just told him that he was to have a child. Then, his mind confirmed that it was what she just said. He was a bit confused since he never believed that he could be a father, not yet.

He had always been careful with that. He did not want to bring a child to the world without being sure that he was with the woman he was ready to commit to and marry.

Although lately, he was thinking of marriage, that did not mean that he was ready to be a father. It was not automatic. He still had not thought of the idea of becoming a father.

"Are you sure about this?" He finally asked the question in his mind. He did not want to doubt her, but he had to be sure. In a way, his mind wanted to be sure that he was indeed the father, too.
