Growing up in the UK, Leo had missed out on several things that happened within the Scarlet family, for better or worse. The information he got was either a whisper over the phone from family members or his few contacts. He knew enough of the mundane stuff.  Important but always what he wanted to hear about. 

When it came to serious matters, there was hardly any time to make calls or update him. It was never unintentional. A simple curse of time differences and distance. Nothing more, nothing less. Dino Lawson had been one of those severe matters he'd been left in the dark about. He'd only known the man by name and the brief times Lena mentioned. Whatever happened to Dino, he never knew.
