Ente Isla

Satan Jacob had a friend when he was forced into the military. His name is Alciel. Alciel was older than Jacob, and the last time he saw him was because he doesn't know if his friend is still alive or not.

"This is crazy," Lailah protested. She didn't want Jacob to go. Looking at him now, the little Demon boy she rescued all those centuries ago is now very tall and strong, standing at three meters in height and exuding much demonic power.

"Then stay here," He replied as he packed his things. "I'm leaving permanently." Looking up at her, he saw tears forming in the Angel's eyes.

"Please don't go."

Jacob sighed. "Look, I have to. If I don't, who else is going to free my kin?"

Lailah wiped away her tears. "Then before you go, take this." She handed him...

He blinked. "An apple?"

She shook her head. "A Yesod Fragment. If you ever want to learn more about this world, plant it."

Jacob moved it back towards her. "It sounds far too important for someone like me. You keep it."

"No, I insist. Take it."

"Why should I?"

"There are plenty of things that you aren't aware of, things that could change absolutely everything."

"Such as?"

"The fate of Ente Isla, for example."

He sighed. "Fine. When will I know to plant it?"

"That's for you to decide, but if I were you, I would plant it before your first major decision as ruler of your kind, if you are to become the next Demon King." Lailah suddenly enveloped the tall Goblin in a hug. "Take care of yourself, Jacob, and stay alive, okay?"

He nodded as he returned the hug. "Thank you for everything, Lailah. I promise that someday, we will meet again, and I will attempt to return everything you have done for me, even though I will never be able to repay you."

. . . . . . .

Jacob hid in a bush and surveyed the place he hated the most. The boot camp prison exclusive to Demon slaves, the same one he was forced into as a child, is surrounded by a large wooden fence. 'Weak,' He thought as he emerged out of the bush.

Walking up to the front entrance, the two guards there nearly shit themselves at the amount of demonic power oozing from him, but they still attempted to stop him. "H-Halt, foul Demon!"

They pointed their swords at the Goblin, making him scoff as he simply walked past them while they hovered off the floor, choking, and he then snapped their necks without touching them.

Of course, none of this went unnoticed, but that was all part of his plan.

"You there! Stop!" It was the lead Drill Sergeant, the one responsible for the deaths of his parents. "FILTHY DEMON! WHAT ART THY DOING HERE?! STATE THY BUSINESS!"

He sighed. "As noisy, obnoxious, and rude as ever I see, huh Sarge?"

"Huh? Who art thy?"

"Your worst fucking nightmare by the name of Satan Jacob." Seeing the recognition in the now terrified Sergeant, he smiled maniacally. "Yes, I have returned to kill you all. Oh, and nobody speaks in Shakespearean any more, dumb fuck."

He reappeared before the startled Drill Sergeant and proceeded to twist his entire head around a whole 180 degrees, using his magic to keep him alive. The Drill Sergeant howled in agony as he was forced to watch the Goblin slaughter dozens of Human guards.

They all died painful deaths. Some had their guts skewered all over the land, some were decapitated on the spot, and some were stabbed to death. Others were burnt. But they all died without Jacob lifting a finger. The Drill Sergeant's body was the last to collapse.

Jacob sighed as he entered one of the many prison blocks and proceeded to free every Demon held captive in every building. Every cell was filled with Demons. Some were relatively unscathed, some heavily injured, some dead, some dying. He went to each and every individual cell and freed the now confused but happy Demons.

The Demons now gathered around him outside. "Does anyone know where I can find a Demon by the name of Alciel?!"

"Here!" A blond man said, his face easily recognizable due to his features looking quite unique.

"Alciel! It's me, your old pal Satan Jacob, remember?!"

"My lord?! Your alive!" Alciel was shocked.

The crowd of Demons were shocked and murmured amongst themselves.

"Did he say Satan Jacob, the same one Alciel always talks about?!"

"Yeah, he did! Our savior has arrived!"

Alciel gestured with his hand for them to quiet down, which they did. He turned his attention back to his friend. "Why have you come for me? Not that I don't appreciate you rescuing us. Thank you."

Jacob nodded. "No problem, but before I tell you my end goal, I need to know the situation regarding the majority of our forces on our home, the Red Moon."

Alciel grimaced and lowered his head in sadness. "It's awful, sire. Our kin is fighting each other so brutally that at this rate, I fear we may go extinct."

Jacob nodded. "I see. Then my first goal is to unite demonkind under one banner. If they can't even work together due to their own petty civil conflicts, they will have no hope of surviving this genocide the Humans have put us through. We also have to worry about the Angels, who are also our enemy, allies of the filth residing here. But in order for my dreams to be reached, I need loyal followers. Tell me, are all of the Demons here willing to fight for me?"

"WE ARE!" They all shouted, surprising him but making him grin.

"Excellent. Now, if any of you are or were in important positions of power back home, I need you to come forward and introduce yourselves please."

Alciel started first. "As you already know, my lord, I am Alciel, leader of the Iron Scorpion tribe."

The next to step forward is a Demon with a large, bird-like body. "I am Camio. I did not hold any positions of power, but I am good at keeping my people calm in times of crisis."

Then came a Demon with an elongated alien-like head and two horns pointing upwards. His voice was an echoing deep but calm tone. "I am Malacoda, leader of the Malebranche Legion."

Fourth up was a Demon with an elliptic-shaped head and an eye patch. He spoke with the voice of an older man worn from years of war, but one still strong. "I am Ciriatto, Chieftain of the Malebranche Legion. That means I'm its second in command."

The fifth one was a massive Demon with a pig-like face, massive horns, and a huge body covered in armor. He has a scar of his right eye. His voice is the deepest. "I am Adramelech, leader of the Ashen Horn."

Gossip erupted.

"The Ashen Horn?!"

"Yeah, the most powerful Demon clan of them all."

Sixth to introduce themselves was a fellow Goblin, short but stocky and with a smeagle-esque voice. "I'm Greez, a high clansman of the Chitui."

Seventh was an emo-looking teen with half of his face covered by his shoulder-length purple hair and black feathery wings on his back. "Sup. I'm Lucifer. Yeah, I'm a Fallen Angel, so I'm not a Demon, but these Demons here have been surprisingly nice to me, so I'll gladly fight for them."

And last but not least was the most intimidating of them all, a Demon who looks so Human but emanates an aura that clearly says that he isn't. "I'm Dracula of Transylvania."

More gossip.

"Dracula?! As in the Weapon of Mass Destruction?!"

Dracula has very long black hair, sported a red Michael Jackson tuxedo, a fedora with fiery orange aviator sunglasses, and a calm yet psychotic smile. The difference being that he's not going to Hee Hee any kids.

Jacob tilted his head. "You have been called many other nicknames such as the Nightwalker, the Ultimate Vampire, the Papists' Thorne, etc. What is your real name? What are you?"

Dracula adopted an insane smile. "To be honest, I can't remember my birth name, so call me whatever you prefer. As for your last question, I'm a real fuckmothering Vampire."

Alciel glared with suspicion. "How are you standing in the sunlight, then?"

"Because I'm not a little fucking biotch. Why? What's wrong, Alciel? Afraid you'll get purified by the sun? Pussy."

Alciel glared at him but wouldn't dare say anything that could potentially piss him off.

Jacob grinned. "I like you already. Alright! Here is what I have decided. I am going to be the next Demon King, and I want all seven of you to be my Demon Generals. Do you accept?" Audible gasps could be heard, but they all nodded. "Good. Now-"

Dracula interrupted. "Hold it!"

"What is it, Dracula?"

"I will only join you on one condition, and that is that you feed me lots of blood."

Jacob smirked. "You will get plenty of opportunity to eat, my Vampire, and I know exactly who you will be unleashed on: those who are my enemies as well as one race every single Demon here hates more than anything. The Humans. Alciel!"

"Yes, my lord?"

"How many Demons are here in this prison right now."

"Hm. About a hundred thousand, my lord."

"Good. Let's go. We have a blood-red moon to save."

. . . . . . .

Red Moon, Home of the Demons

The Red Moon is home to such barbarically uncivilized Demons that they didn't even have a capital city. Demons fought in disorganized but large numbers. They showed no mercy to one another.

"STOP!" A booming voice made the combatants freeze. They turned to the sky to see nine Demons they have never seen before, among them Satan Jacob.

"I am Satan Jacob, the next Demon King! These Demons behind me are my new Generals. Listen to me when I say this. We must unite our kin if we are to survive, because we are killing ourselves. Most of you are blind with blood lust, lust for battle, I get it. I have that too at timese that too at times, but right now, we have two groups of people who want to kill us more than anyone, the Humans and the Angels!

Right as we speak, they are searching for the home of the Demons, beings they consider 'heathens' who need to be exterminated for being different. And while I respect the Angels to a certain extent, let me tell you what happened when the filthy Humans found the village I grew up in on Ente Isla. They set fire to every home, murdered every elderly person, slaughtered every infant, tortured every man, and raped every female they found attractive!" Gasps of shock could be heard. "Yes, including my own parents, and they forced me to watch it all. By the time it was over, they abandoned me, thinking letting me live would be an even greater torture, that I would starve to death. Oh, how wrong they were.

I was saved by a beautiful, compassionate Angel by the name of Lailah! She is like a mother to me and has done more for me than any Human ever has. The irony of this cannot be overlooked. Lowly Humans, beings far inferior to the Angels, if ever given the power, would kill each and every last one of us, unlike our Blue Moon counterparts.

While the Angels are still our enemy, deceptive as they may be, the Humans are the real threat since there are many more of them than all of us and angelkind combined. They're like a parasite that have tried to take over with the host being Ente Isla. Eventually, this rotten disease will only spread to us unless we take the fight to them.

My goal is to exact vengeance on the Humans of Ente Isla! I want to shed their blood just as they have shed our ours! Humans must be subjugated, enslaved!

If we do not band together, we will all die no matter what happens in your petty conflicts! We must FIGHT, but not each other, for we are brothers and sisters! We must FIGHT for our survival as a species! May we stand unshaken amidst a crashing world (90)!"

His words rung true and inspired them to set aside their hatred for one another as they cheered for him.

Just like that, what smaller warlords couldn't do, Satan Jacob had brought peace onto the Demon world.

But with that peace came a new problem.

Several decades later, as he sat on his new throne in his new fort in the Central Continent of Ente Isla, guarded only by his Generals save for Ciriatto, who he ordered to stay on the Red Moon and run society there while he's gone, Jacob slammed a fist down onto the arm of the chair. "What?!"

Alciel trembled while the other Demon Generals stayed behind him a few feet. "My lord, we're going to go extinct again."

"Why?"

"The Demons in the Demon Realm feed on demonic force, which is produced from negative emotions. These negative emotions came from the everlasting conflicts inside the Demon world, which caused the world to be filled with said demonic force. Without those conflicts, well..."

He fell back onto his throne in horror. "Dear Sataniel..." He uttered the name of the original Demon King.

Because the new Demon King, Satan Jacob, turned the Demon world into a peaceful place, he cut off the source of demonic energy from his world, thus causing the problem of starvation for the entire demon race. No conflicts means no demonic energy to be made, and no demonic energy means they would all eventually literally starve to death.

"Alciel..."

"Yes, sire?"

"Not just you, but to all my Generals, listen close, my friends. I can only think of one solution to this. In order to solve our problem, we will attempt to conquer the land of Ente Isla, a territory consisting of five continents arranged in the shape of a cross. We must do what I originally intended, which is to invade Ente Isla and subjugate the Humans living here. By doing so, I would create a situation in which the Humans would hold grudges and several other negative emotions towards the Demon race, thus producing enough demonic energy to sustain our population.

Camio, you will stay here and guard me. As a matter of fact, I'm appointing you as my Demon Minister.

The rest of you, prepare your armies, for these are my orders:

Malacoda, take half of the Malebranche with you and invade the Northern Continent.

Adramelech, you do the same thing but with the Southern Continent using your Ashen Horn brethren.

Alciel, you seize control of the Eastern Continent with the assistance of Greez.

Greez, I'm ordering you to commit many war crimes. The atrocities surviving Humans will see combined with the feeling of dread among the living and dead will make us powerful.

And Lucifer, you head to the Western Continent. Before you attack, however, I want you to scout ahead and see what opposition awaits us; remember that the Church lays in the Western Continent.

You have your orders. If you need to contact me, first communicate with Camio. All orders relayed by him are tantamount to my own, understood?!"

"Yes, my lord!" They all shouted and teleported away to ready their men.

Dracula cleared his throat. "Aren't you forgetting about something? What do I do?"

"You and Camio will guard me."

"How boring," Dracula complained.

Camio glared at him. "Show some respect to his majesty!"

Jacob smirked. "Don't be so brash, Dracs. You are my ace, meaning I can't use you until victory is assured. I will be needing you to guard me for now."

"Yeah? Why's that? You're more than powerful enough to handle yourself, right?"

"Well... It's not that I can't, but it's just this funny feeling I have that I will be needing you here. Call it a sixth sense."

Dracula nodded.

Jacob pulled out the apple Lailah gave him. "Anyway, it's time I plant this."

"What's that?"

"A Yesod Fragment."

"... Holy fuck."

Jacob began chanting as he made the apple float in mid-air. "Come hither, Tree of Life, servant of Yahweh! From now on, you are mine!"

The apple disappeared, instead replaced by something that shocked him. It was a little girl. She has silverish-purple hair with pink eyes.

She looked up at Jacob with a curious look.

"... Are you daddy?"

Dracula was trying his best not to laugh.

Jacob was startled. "Huh?! No, I-"

"No?" Tears welled up in the girls eyes.

'She's too cute!' He began to panic. Not seeing another way out, he sighed. "Yes, I'm your daddy."

"Yay!" The little girl hugged him, which he awkwardly returned.

Dracula chortled. "A random two year old girl pops out of thin air and calls you her daddy, huh. So, I must ask, who is the mother?"

"Where's mommy?"

Jacob briefly glared at him before he shifted his attention back to the cute little button. "W-What's your name, sweetheart?"

She tilted her head innocently. "Hm? I'm Alas=Ramus!"

"Alas, your mother is... I don't know where she is..."

More tears welled up. "Mommy!" She began whining.

"B-But I'll do my best to find her!"

"Pwomise?"

"I promise."

"How wong will it take to find mommy?"

"... I... I'm not sure. It could take a very long time... To be honest, Alas, I don't even know who your mother is."

"... Oh." She lowered her head sadly, but she cheered up when he kissed her head.

'I need to send this adorable little button somewhere safe, but where?! There is no place in this realm that offers any security! And the fact that she's a Yesod Fragment makes my whole operation way more unsafe! Red flags everywhere about this! This can only mean that the Angels are looking in Ente Isla for the fragments. Dammit!'

Jacob sighed. "Alas?"

"Yes, daddy?"

"You're going to have to leave me."

"Eh?"

"I am going to have to send you away from me."

"But why?"

"It's for your own safety. You see, daddy is both a soldier and a politician, meaning many people will want to kill me as I have several enemies already."

She pouted cutely. "Okay... But pwomise you'll be safe!"

"I promise." He pet her little head. "I'm sending you to an unknown fate, Alas. I have no idea where you will be, but try to find a guardian, preferably someone like me who is kind and selfless enough to take care of you."

"I will... Um, daddy? You will find me someday, right?"

"Oh, don't you worry. I promise I will." He opened a portal, the swirling blue mass waiting for someone to enter so it can go away. "Now go."

Alas nodded. "I wuv you, daddy."

"Hehe. Love you, too."

With a cute smile, she disappeared into the portal, the wormhole closing behind her.

Dracula yawned. "I'll be asleep in the basement if you need me."

As soon as the Vampire left, Camio clicked his tongue in annoyance. "Tch! My lord, why did you choose him as one of your Generals? I understand that he's powerful, but he's so rude."

Jacob looked at him with a grim expression. "If we are to survive, we need all the allies we can get amongst our species. Does everyone have to like my rule over them? No, but they have to be loyal, and that's exactly what Dracula is, what all of you are."

Ente Isla

Western Continent

Emilia Justina was born to an Angel mother she never knew as well as a Human father, Nord Justina.

Her father had strong ties to the Church of Ente Isla, specifically with the position of one of the Twelve Knights of the Round Table, one of the best soldiers serving the Church. Luckily. Nord was not the only one who saw the corruption of the Church, all his other comrades did, but the Church has eyes and ears absolutely everywhere. Despite the fact that the Knights of the Round are very intelligent and try to do the right thing, their options are very limited.

Their home rested in a beautiful small village in large hills of greenery with them having the biggest house to signify their wealth. It wasn't a mansion, but it was definitely above average. However, they were often generous to their neighbors, frequently donating money or bags of rice to the poor, sometimes even milk and crops. Because of this, Nord and his eleven year old Emilia were quite popular.

One day, while off from work, a knock came at the front door. Answering it, he became scared when he saw who it was. "Father Olba?! What are you doing here?"

Olba is a bald old man with greying hair and a mustache. He's one of the Archbishops of the Church of Ente Isla. He held out a piece of paper in front of Nord. "By order of the Church, your daughter, Emilia Justina, is to be trained to become the next Hero."

Nord's eyes bulged out of his skull. "A Hero?! But... May I ask why?"

"Well, we have received reports from many of our spies, and all the information matches. Our brokers and assassins believe that there now exists a new Demon Lord who is planning an invasion of the five continents. I'm not going to bore you with the details, and I wouldn't worry too much. Those Demons won't stand a chance against the might of the Saint Aire Empire."

"I... I see. How long will my daughter be trained? And will I be able to see her every now and then?"

Olba lied with a straight face, "Of course! No need to worry. We'll cover the schedule later. Until then, good day, Mr. Justina."

After believing he was gone, Nord sighed as he mumbled to himself, "I wish you could be here with me, Lailah..."

But Olba wasn't gone. Using celestial force to teleport to the outskirts of the village, there lay a division of a thousand soldiers of the empire. "Here are your orders. Burn the village to the ground, kill them all, and make sure no one survives. If anyone asks what happened, tell them that the Demon King Satan Jacob was responsible. The only one who must live is this little girl, Emilia Justina. She is to become the next Hero. Make sure she is not harmed." He showed them a picture of the redhead.

They battle cried as they charged in on horses and set fire to every structure in sight while swings their swords to kill anyone outside.

Hearing the ruckus, Nord stepped outside to see a cavalry of common knights headed towards him in the distance, slaughtering everyone.

That's when he noticed something odd. 'Why are they disguised as Demons?!'

The knights wore costumes to fit the appearance of Demons such as helmets with horns, bulky armor, dark clothing, red eye contacts, etc. Some wore creepy ghost masks like that of a serial killer. The weapons they're using are also very out of the norm with extra jagged blades designed with Satanic decorations such as skulls engraved in them.

It was as if they were trying too hard to look the part.

"Daddy? What's happening?" His eleven year old daughter just returned from school.

"Emilia! Get inside the house this instant! Do not come out no matter what happens, okay?!"

"But-"

"Do as I say!" He yelled at her with a sense of urgency. "Hide now! Do not make a sound unless you need my help!"

Frightened, Emilia obeyed her father and ran inside their home. For the next couple hours, the silver-haired, green-eyed girl could only watch in horror as the ones she thought of as supposed Demons killed every person in the village. She silently cried.

From the shadows of the room, Olba was satisfied. He stepped forward, causing the wooden floorboards to creak, startling Emilia who whipped her head towards him. "Do not be afraid, child. I'm here to rescue you."

"W-Where's my daddy?"

Olba frowned and feigned sadness, lying again. "Nord... Nord is dead." He had to keep himself from laughing at the look on the little girl. 'Stupid girl!'

"WHAT?! Who killed him?!"

A smile crept onto his lips, but he managed to keep it hidden. "The Demon King, Satan Jacob... Tell me, Emilia, do you want revenge?" She nodded eagerly. "I can train you to become an excellent soldier. I can teach you how to use celestial force, a type of holy magic, making it especially poisonous to their kind. Should you choose to join me, you will become one of the best warriors the empire would ever have to offer. How about it?"

She sniffled and rubbed away her tears, a look of pure hatred forming onto her face. "I accept your offer. I will make the Demon King pay!"

This was all just before Jacob's invasion of Ente Isla. Now, the Church had something to use as an excuse for war...

For furthering their genocide of the Demons.

Tournament Day 6 of 7

Issei slowly opened his eyes. His nose tickled from someone's hair as he turned his neck to both sides and saw Raynare and Rossweisse sleeping in his arms, both bare naked.

Raynare mumbled, "Mm... Issei..."

Rossweisse, on the other hand, never talks in her sleep.

He blushed as he remembered the previous night, but he did away those thoughts as he shook the two girls awake.

After eating breakfast, brushing their teeth, and changing clothes, the other girls and Vali were summoned to his room.

Issei said, "Today, we fight Atlas. This match is a late morning to early afternoon one. We win this, and we advance to the Finals, alright? Let's go get ready." He clapped his hands together once.

However, as they were about to leave, a knock came at the open door. "Hey, Issei."

"Sairaorg! What's up, buddy." The two fist bumped.

Sairaorg chuckled. "Not much. As much as I would love to sit and chat, there is a situation that needs to be resolved, something Sona and I need your help with."

"Huh? Sona? But-"

Vali put a hand on Issei's left shoulder. "Relax. You still have another 30 minutes before your match starts."

"You're the White Dragon Emperor? Vali Lucifer, right? Nice to meet you." Sairaorg extended a handshake, which Vali returned with a smirk.

"You as well, Bael heir."

Sairaorg teleported them away, taking them to a private booth in the stadium. There sat the Sitris, Kotori, Serafall, and Sona along with her peerage. Sona stood up when they arrived followed by three other people, none of which Issei recognized.

"Sekiryu- I mean, Issei," Kotori spoke softly, knowing how her daughter told her the way that the Sekiryuutei prefers to be addressed by those close to him. "I wanted to ask something to confirm my suspicions. Are you dating Sona?"

Issei was taken aback. "I am. H-How did you know, Lady Sitri?" He looked at Serafall, who quickly turned away, whistling. 'Suspicious!'

Kotori giggled. "Fufu. Just call me Kotori. There's no need to be so defensive, as I do approve of your relationship. As for how I know, you're probably thinking that Sera told me, but that isn't the case. It's my motherly intuition; whenever I look at Sona, she seems so much happier than I have ever seen it, despite her strict, good girl facade."

Sona fumed with embarrassment. "MOM!"

Arisu sighed. "This takes me back to how dad would always tease me. Ya got a good mama, Sona. Be nice to 'er."

Ravel deadpanned, "Don't you always tell your father to shut up, though? Quite disrespectful if you ask me."

Arisu blushed. "S-Shut yer mouth!"

"And you just proved my point."

Raynare chuckled.

Kotori stifled her laughter. "Ufufu. Anyway, that's all I needed to know. Good luck with the rest of the tournament, Issei. I'll be rooting for you."

Issei grinned. "Thank you." Kotori teleported away, so he turned to Sona. "Hey, Sona. What's this about?"

Sairaorg cleared his throat. "Allow me to explain. You see, I wanted to trade my pieces in Bishop Misteeta Sabnock, Knight Liban Crocell, and Rook Gandoma Balam. I did so by giving them to Sirzechs who will try to find some other Devil out there to give them to since his peerage is nearly full. In return, I was hoping to recruit these three people who approached us, and the thing is that all three of them are fine with being in any of our peerages. Sona wants to recruit them as well. We need someone like you, Issei, to mediate this exchange."

Issei nodded. "Well, why don't you three start by introducing yourselves? Tell me about yourself with things such as your race and past races, notable ancestors, and strengths and weaknesses."

First up was a petite pale girl with long dark blue hair tied into a braid, golden eyes, and a cheerful smile. She wore a skin-tight body suit that showed most of her thighs. "Heya! The name's Bennia Orcus. I'm half-Human, half-Grim Reaper. My father is a Grim Reaper named Orcus. I am capable of demonic power and am very fast, but my strength is awful."

A boy stepped forward. He has yellow eyes, grey hair with long bangs partially covering his eyes, and a large, muscular physique that almost rivals Sairaorg. He spoke emotionlessly. "I'm Loup Garou, a half-Human, half-Werewolf. My mom is a Human magician while my dad is a powerful Werewolf. I'm immensely strong and am an expert at magic, especially fire, as well as a master at hand-to-hand combat. I can transform into a big Werewolf. My only weakness is my speed, which isn't bad but could be better compared to everything else."

The last one was a girl who wore a long red dress with black shoulders and a pink collar ribbon. She had long flowing curly blonde hair, blood red eyes, and a shy smile. "H-Hello, Sekiryuutei-sama. It is an honor to meet you. My name is Elmenhilde Karnstein, and I'm a full-blooded Vampire."

Issei raised a hand. "Just Issei is fine."

She blushed and nodded. "I'm partially immortal so that I do not age. I can absorb most of another being's powers by drinking their blood, and I can also control bats as well as transform into a flock of them, something very useful for reconnaissance. Magic-wise, I can't do much other than the aforementioned, but I can also use pocket dimensions."

Issei nodded and put a hand on his chin in thought. "Hm... Well, it's obvious that Bennia would be best suited as a Knight, Loup as a Rook, and Elmenhilde as either a Bishop or Pawn. The question is, how many Evil Pieces do each of you think you're worth right now? I'm asking because I haven't seen you in action, so I wouldn't know the full extent of your abilities."

"One piece," All three said at the same time.

"Okay. Sairaorg, how many free Evil Pieces do you have?"

"Well, now that I traded away those three, I have a Rook, a Knight, a Bishop, and one Pawn that are vacant."

"And Sona, correct me if I'm wrong but you have six unused Evil Pieces, right?"

Sona nodded. "That is correct. I still need to fill in both Rooks, a Knight, and three Pawns."

"In that case, I think Sona should be allowed to have Bennia as her Knight and Elmenhilde as her Pawn while Sairaorg gets Loup. My reasoning for this is that Sona's peerage is weaker than Sairaorg's and has many more free, unused pieces. Sairaorg, not only do you have a nearly full peerage, but every single one of your servants all have much more progress in their training."

Sairaorg grunted. "Hm. Very well. I agree to this settlement."

Sona shook his hand. "I also agree."

Sairaorg brought out an unused Rook, the piece having a dark red color to represent one not in use. He held it up to Loup's chest.

"I, Sairaorg Bael, heir of the Bael clan, beseech you to live for my sake, and you shall be treated as I would want you to treat me, with respect!"

The piece turned a glowing red, and then half of it turned black before it disappeared into the Rook.

Sairaorg's eyes widened. "It mutated!"

Issei smirked. "I had a feeling he would be worth it."

"Hm. So now I'm left with a free Bishop, a Knight, and a Pawn. Not bad at all."

They watched as Sona came up to Bennia with a Knight piece. "I, Sona Sitri, implore you to join me in my quest for power, and in return, your wishes shall be granted!"

The piece turned out to be normal.

She repeated the process with Elmenhilde. Much to her surprise, not only did she have to use all three of her remaining Pawns, but two of those three mutated. "Two of the three Pawns mutated. That leaves me with only two unused Rooks." She still hadn't filled the spot from when she traded Tsubasa to Issei.

"Sona, you do know you can also use those Evil Pieces on Dragons too, right?"

Sona looked at Issei's right arm, confused. "Huh? What do you mean, Vritra?"

"I mean that you could attempt to recruit a powerful Dragon. If you do so and those two Rooks suffice, the chance of those Rooks mutating would be far greater than with any normal Devil."

She was now interested. "Do you have anyone in mind?"

"Yes, actually I do. He is currently sealed in a sacred gear serving Azazel, but he would be of tremendous help."

("... Are you talking about who I think you are?")

["Aye, he is."]

"Who?"

"Fafnir, one of the six Dragon Kings. In order to get him to join you, you would need to convince Azazel to give him to you, but I doubt he would do it for free, that greedy wanker."

Sona fell backwards out of shock from the news, and Tsubaki caught her. The idea of getting one of the most powerful Dragons into her peerage as a possibility made her excitement jump to uncomfortable levels that even she couldn't control. "W-What would I need to do? Would Azazel even consider giving up such a powerful ally?"

"Heh. Don't be so naive. Azazel may be Fafnir's King, but no King can stop a Dragon King from leaving their peerage. So while I'd recommend playing this diplomatically by asking Azazel, you could always steal the ring Fafnir is sealed in."

Sona adjusted her glasses and coughed. "No, that will be unnecessary. I'll talk to Azazel."

"Suit yourself, but if it were me, I'd burglarize him in his sleep. Hehe."

("I never pegged you for a thief, Vritra.")

["Neither did I."]

"We learn something everyday."

Issei smiled. "How cool would it be if we got four of the six Dragon Kings to fight for either me or my allies?"

Sona looked at him. "Four?"

"Yeah. Didn't I ever tell you that Tannin is my distant Grandfather?"

"Oh yeah. Now that you mention it, he did want to hang out with you yesterday."

"Yep. Then there's Tiamat, one of my Aunts. She's the youngest sister of Tannin, who is the middle child, and Great Red. I doubt she would ever have a good opinion of me since she seems to hate Ddraig's users for whatever reason, but she is still an ally nonetheless, or at least that's what I think. She's a crazy bitch, though. We also have Vritra."

"Indeed. That only leaves out Yu-Long and the Midgard Serpent. They both might seem unlikely to join you since they're lazy, and because Yu-Long is the partner of Sun Wukong, but I honestly wouldn't be surprised if you got them on our side."

("Yeah. Issei is the kind of person that just when you doubt him the most and think he can't get it done, he seems to do the impossible.")

["You have a strange host, Ddraig and Vritra. That much is for sure."]

"He's already the greatest host I have ever had, and I haven't been with him even close to as long as Ddraig has.

Issei smirked. "Heh. Thanks Vritra. That means a lot."

Sairaorg smirked. "A Dragon, huh. They can be such rebellious creatures, but having one would be... Oh man. If you succeed Sona, I would definitely be at least a little jealous."

Issei sighed. "We'll talk to Azazel later, alright Sona? For now, my peerage needs to get ready. We have a tournament to participate in."

. . . . . . .

"Ladies and gents, it is time for the match between the Sekiryuutei, Issei Hyoudou, and Atlas! This is a group battle because Atlas is a group, not a peerage, and it will decide who goes to the Finals to face Loki. Thoughts going into this one, Azazel?"

"Yeah, this could be a match that may be just as close, if not closer than what we saw from the final fight between Issei Hyoudou and Sairaorg Bael. I look forward to it."

Issei looked at Azazel. 'Azazel, Sona and I need to talk to you after I whoop this arrogant prick's ass.'

Azazel raised an eyebrow very briefly. 'Oh? Well, sure thing. I'll join you all right after the match ends along with its TV broadcast.'

Atlas sent a glare towards Issei that was somehow meant to be both intimidating and condescending.

Much to his annoyance, Issei ignored him entirely, focusing on Raynare who whispered something in his ear, making him chuckle and her giggle.

Kronos scoffed. "Look at those stupid kids, being all nonchalant, laughing without a care in the world. We ought to change that, right son?"

Atlas nodded. "Indeed. We'll crush them."

In a booth, Zeus thought to himself, 'Please win, Issei Hyoudou. Please destroy my garbage father and arrogant half-brother.'

First Fight

Odin cleared his throat. "The judges have decided that the very first match will be Issei Hyoudou's Knight Akeno Himejima vs Kronos!"

As Akeno walked onto the stage, she heard her father telepathically say, 'Go Akeno. I believe in you.' She looked for her dad and found him smiling at her in the front row of the Fallen Angel's section, sitting near Raynare's friends, the Asia group, to guard them. He waved at her which she happily returned before focusing on the task at hand.

Seeing the smug look on Kronos' face, she decided that there would be no point in introducing herself.

Both fighters were teleported to a large mountain valley, placed in a wide-open flat grassy area.

The sky suddenly grew dark and cloudy as thunder clapped and rain began falling.

Kronos' smirk widened. "Oya? What's this? You think a little rough weather will help you?"

Akeno simply giggled. "Fufu." She then formed Zeus Lightning in her hands, but instead of shooting it, she opted to create a jagged sword out of it.

Normally as a mage, she would keep her distance, but now also a Knight and someone who was trained to their max potential in speed and CQC, she decided to change her fighting style for this situation, this opponent.

They both charged at each other at the same time. Kronos landed a solid punch in her stomach, but much to his surprise, his opponent spun 180 degrees while kicking him hard in the face, sending him skidding backwards. He also felt an uncomfortable amount of heat radiating from the sword she held.

Now wary, Kronos glared at her. "How did you take my attack so easily?"

"Ara ara, aren't you forgetting something?"

"Impossible."

"I serve the Red Dragon Emperor. Yes, your attack did hurt, but anyone who serves such a powerful being has to be immensely powerful. Under his tutelage, there are no weaklings allowed. No one is allowed to be in any shape less than that of a God of War, physically and magically speaking. While he loves us all tremendously, the training he gives us is tough love. Fufu. 'Tough love;' now that sounds hot." She licked her lips with a loud slurp, which startled Kronos. "I want to punish you now."

Odin dramatically shouted, "Fua! Out comes Himejima's true face in battle, a sadist! I wish she would punish me, I mean, ahem, her opponent may be in danger!"

The Fallen Angels grew worried when a malicious aura surrounded Baraqiel. "Odin, you better not be thinking lewd thoughts about my daughter!"

"I'm not! I swear!"

Atlas raised an eyebrow, not understanding what Odin said. "My father only recently escaped the Cocytus, but he's not that rusty now, is he?"

Azazel shook his head. "What Odin means is literally what he said. Kronos is in danger."

"Hah?! How absurd. As if he could lose to a nobody like her."

Issei scoffed. 'This idiot needs to read The Art of War by Sun Tzu. Not that I would ever give my opponents any possible tips.'

Kronos unsheathed a long, thin, curvy sword, coating it in a aurora-green aura. He pointed it at Akeno. "Come at me!"

Akeno lunged forward and spun as she smacked her sword against his. She grit her teeth as she saw that his aura was blocking the Holy Lightning from destroying his weapon. They traded blows back and forth as Akeno cackled like a mad woman, sending lightning at him from the sky only to have it blocked, deflected, or absorbed by a barrier surrounding him.

This went on for quite a while, but eventually, Kronos was starting to get tired. 'Damn! I really have gotten rusty since I left the Cocytus.'

Akeno's happy smile disappeared, replaced by a cold one. "I think it's time that I stop toying with you."

!

"Hah?! You mean that this entire time, you weren't taking me seriously?! Like hell you weren't!"

"Of course I wasn't, silly! What reason have you given me to go all out? I could have easily taken you out a long time ago, if that makes you feel any better."

"It doesn't!"

"Oh? That's good. I like it when my prey squirms. Ufufufu!"

"Heh. You fool! This isn't even my final form!"

Kronos sheathed his sword as he held his hands in front of his chest and let out a roar as if in pain when a bright green light filled the area, expecting Akeno to cover her eyes, but much to his shock, she didn't even flinch. His Human form is now gone, instead replaced with a massive black cloud with a green circle at the middle, cosmic wind swirling from all directions.

Seeing her reaction, he unleashed every possible magical attack in his arsenal, sending fire her way followed by random combinations of ice, wind, lightning, light, explosions, and crushing waves of gravity.

Akeno then unleashed her full aura as all forms of Holy Lightning crackled around her body and in the entirety of her eyeballs, making her look terrifying. All incoming attacks simply bounced off her.

Kronos panicked and tried to use his last resort, his time magic. He audibly grunted in confusion and worry as he was unable to do anything.

Akeno licked her lips as she walked towards him. "Ooh! So this is your core, eh?"

"W-What are you?! Why can't I freeze time?!"

"Fufu. Isn't it obvious? It's because I'm far more powerful than you could possibly imagine."

Issei chortled. "There it is."

She grabbed the core with both hands and electrocuted it, making Kronos scream in agony. "Ufufufu. Hahaha. Hahahaha! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I love this!"

Baraqiel shivered. His daughter's behavior reminded him too much of Shuri's. Oh, how he missed his wife and their erotic roleplay with him being the masochist!

Eventually the screaming stopped as the green orb slowly shrank and disappeared along with the cloud.

"K-Kronos has been eliminated! Akeno Himejima wins!"

Atlas' ugly face twitched in shock and rage. "How is that possible?! She's not even a goddess! She's nothing but a lowly shitty fucking useless Dragon bitch!"

Baraqiel was furious and was about to jump in, but his daughter interrupted him.

"Ara ara, I'm a bitch? Then what does that make you? A sore loser? An ant? In that case, meet boot." She gestured to Issei.

Second Fight

"Our next fight has been decided! It will be Arisu Yamauchi vs Pluto!"

Issei smirked as Arisu walked onto the stage. 'This is going to be an even bigger ass-kicking than before. My most powerful piece, do your worst!'

Arisu grinned as she was teleported. 'Oh, I will.'

They were teleported to just outside the entrance of Hades' Realm of the Dead.

Pluto snapped his fingers, summoning his Death Scythe just in time to block a downward slash from a jumping Arisu.

Bahamut smirked. 'My daughter's victory is already assured.'

Normally, Arisu would consider shouting a battle-cry for the sake of her warrior spirit, but only in training or a spar. She found it unnecessary to do so in a Rating Game or an actual fight to the death.

Raynare nodded in approval. "I always thought she would be the reckless one, but it looks like she has taken a page out of Murayama's book."

Murayama was surprised. "I taught one of our most powerful peerage members something?"

"Indeed. You've always been one of the most mature ones out of the ten of us, Natsuki."

"My Queen... Thank you!"

Bahamut felt a swell of pride in his chest for his daughter when he heard Raynare's complement.

Pluto, sensing an overwhelming amount of danger, teleported a dozen yards to Arisu's right and launched a powerful wave of dark blue-colored energy. He was hoping the blast would knock his opponent into the river of fire to her left. As the wave of energy hit his target, she disappeared.

'Did I win?!'

Arisu sighed as she hovered far above Pluto and let go of her bow string. Hearing the sound, Pluto had no time to react when the arrow hit him, lodging into his face, but he felt nothing. He looked at it cross-eyed, confused, when it suddenly detonated into a massive fireball.

She put her weapons away and transformed into a massive Dragon with mostly dark brown color, massive black wings, and bits of gold on her scales on the several small horns on her head. Her size is almost as large as her father in his Dragon form. Her naturally blue eyes are also present, and combined with her icy aura, her overall appearance only made her more intimidating.

Flapping her wings once, all the smoke instantly dissipated, revealing a tattered Pluto laying face down. Flying down next to him, she kicked him into the river of fire for good measure, making his body disintegrate into ash.

One can never be too sure.

Somewhere in Realm of the Dead, Hades was both enraged and terrified that his most powerful servant was womanhandled.

"Pluto has been eliminated! Arisu Yamauchi wins!"

As she teleported back, she kept a fierce but calm glare on her face, trying to remain professional while looking as much as a warrior as she could.

Bahamut had to hold himself back from cheering since he's one of the judges, but he allowed himself a small smirk. {'Good job, Arisu.'}

She blushed and hid her face with her hair. 'T-Thanks.'

Atlas hissed in annoyance, hating how Arisu was so nonchalant about her victory. 'She doesn't even bother celebrating that she destroyed a god! Why that little-'

Third and Final Fight

"Ladies and gentlemen, this is the shortest match of the entire tournament because we are already on the final fight. This next one is going to be between Issei Hyoudou vs Atlas, Mars, and Jupiter! Of course, after this message."

"Hi! It's Vince with Slap Chop."

The crowd erupted in cheers for Issei as he walked onto the platform with a huge smile on his face, waving to his fangirls, further annoying his opponents.

The four fighters were teleported to the streets of Times Square, New York City.

Issei still had a stupid smirk on his face, which pissed Atlas off, so he decided to challenge him. "HOW DARE YOU NOT TAKE ME SERIOUSLY?! I'LL KILL YOU!"

Issei's smile disappeared. He didn't take death threats lightly. "I'm gonna put some dirt in your eye."

"What?"

"You're trash."

Issei suddenly reappeared to the Primordial being's right side and threw a ridiculously hard punch, hitting Atlas so hard with wind-infusion, that it also knocked Mars and Jupiter off their feet. When Atlas got up with one black eye and the other pouring blood, Issei decided to taunt him further. "Stings, doesn't it?" He began Bully Maguire dancing.

Vali was laughing so hard at Issei's antics. "Tobey has joined the DCU."

Sona blinked. "What?"

"Dragon Cinematic Universe."

Gabriel tilted her head innocently. "Who's Tobey?"

Vali sighed. "Tobey or not Tobey ignorant."

As Raynare was giggling, she suddenly gasped as a brief, sharp tickling pain came from her stomach, gently clutching her abdomen. "Ow."

Ravel and Akeno looked at her and spoke at the same time. "Are you okay, Raynare?"

"I'm fine. This is the first time I felt the baby kick."

"Woah..." Irina suddenly placed her hand on the bump. "Does it hurt?"

"A bit. It felt like nervous butterflies but also like a random electrical discharge that the brain sometimes does and causes a random part of your body to spasm in minor pain."

Ravel and Murayma were concerned. "Are you alright?"

"Yeah! I'm good!" She waved her hand, but they weren't convinced.

Arisu furrowed her eyebrows, perturbed for her Queen. "Let's hope Issei ends this quick so that we can get you in a bed."

Raynare's heart fluttered. 'Oh, you guys. You have no idea how happy it makes me that you worry for my well-being, even though we share the same man we love. I thought we would fight more over him, but we've lived in rather stable harmony. Thank you.'

They shifted their attention back to the fight only to see that Issei was still dancing. Of course.

Mars and Jupiter were about to attack, but before they could, Issei did something he had never done before.

He used Gate of Steiner. The green gem on his Boosted Gear glowed brightly as time froze around them.

Odin was shocked. "And it seems the Sekiryuutei has frozen time in all of the battle dimension!"

The audience gasped.

Issei walked up to his three opponents, grabbed the side of their temples and jaws, and snapped their necks before unfreezing time, the green gem's glow disappearing. As he let their bodies hit the FLOOOOOOOOR (91), he began tea bagging them, making Vali laugh even harder.

"A-Atlas has lost! Issei Hyoudou has won and has advanced to the Finals!"

Spectators watching were flabbergasted, but they shrugged as they raucously cheered for him.

"What just happened?!"

Loki trembled, but he didn't want his opponent, who didn't pay him any attention, to see it. 'Perhaps challenging him was a bad idea? NO! I can still win!'

Issei and his girls got up to calmly leave. His happy smile disappeared, replaced by a look of worry when he saw Raynare struggling to stand with an expression of discomfort. "Are you okay, Raye?!"

She gave him a pained look as she winced. "The baby is kicking."

Issei gasped. He immediately teleported the girls to his room.

Gabriel, Kalawarner, Dohnaseek, Mittelt, and Asia saw and heard this, growing worried, so they, Vali, Sona's peerage, Sairaorg, Kuisha, Bahamut, Great Red, Ophis, and Tannin teleported there to find Raynare sitting on the bed, leaning back as Issei kissed her stomach.

Sairaorg was going to congratulate him on advancing to the Finals when he saw what Issei was doing. "Issei, is she okay?"

"The baby is kicking, or at least moving around." Issei placed his left hand on Raynare's abdomen, channeling healing magic to ease her pain when he heard Ddraig gasp. He narrowed his eyes. "I... Something isn't right."

Raynare, who let out an exhale of relief that the pain is gone, was anxious. "What is it?!"

Issei's eyes widened when he sensed the life force inside her. He smirked. "Oh... I see." He slowly cackled, confusing everyone. "Twice my pride, double the fall! Now I have more as a father to dote on."

Vritra was annoyed. |"Come on! Just tell them what's going on, Issei."|

("Raynare, you're carrying twins.")

Everyone else was shocked. "TWINS?!"

Raynare felt tears of joy go down her cheeks, which Issei wiped away. "I'm having two children? Oh my god. I... I don't know what to say. This is amazing!" She sniffled and gave Issei a playful push. "Don't scare me like that, Issei you idiot! I thought something bad happened!"

"Hehe. Sowwy." He winked at her as he ruffled her hair, causing Raynare to pout.

Gabriel grinned. "It's a miracle."

Issei nodded. "Indeed. I did some research, and combined my scientific knowledge with what I sense using magic. Right now, the babies are squirming around and swimming a little, occasionally colliding with your stomach, so they're actually not kicking yet, but they will be in a month or two as they grow larger, meaning it's going to hurt quite a bit, double than what normal pregnancies are like since you're having twins... and you're going to be huge as the pregnancy progresses due to having two babies at once."

Raynare pouted and puffed out her cheeks cutely as she crossed her arms. "That's not reassuring, Mr. Know-It-All."

She blushed as she thought, 'But your honesty is another reason I love you, Issei. I'll try not to complain too much. After all, I was the one who put the responsibility of being an expecting father on you, so this has to be quite stressful for you, as well.'

"Hey, I'm just telling it like it is." He kissed Raynare's stomach again, making her giggle, to which he grinned and did it again.

"Hey, that tickles!"

Everyone else blushed at the intimate gesture.

Sairaorg smiled. "Congrats, Issei! Having twins means everything is doubled for you."

"Everything? What do you mean?"

"Well, from stuff such as doctor's appointments, shopping lists, and checkups, to health risks. There are more risks for twins... But you shouldn't worry. Just keep it at the back of your mind in case something goes wrong." He received a nod.

Kuisha sighed. "Sairaorg is smart and gives advice, despite having zero experience."

"Hey!"

Kuisha giggled and softly spoke to Sairaorg. "How many children do you want?"

He blushed. "This is so sudden!" Seeing the serious look on her face, he knew there was no escape. "Um... From you, I'm thinking maybe three."

Issei faced the Dragon God King. "Bahamut, do you think it's possible if you could keep Raynare from participating in any more fights in this tournament? I'd rather not risk the lives of my children."

Bahamut nodded. "Of course. I'll make sure to let the other judges know."

The Sekiryuutei nodded. "Please do."

"Do ya know either of the babies genders?" Arisu spoke.

He shook his head. "No, and we're not going to until she gives birth to them. It will be more fun to keep it a surprise."

"What about baby names, Raynare? Do you have any planned?" Ravel asked.

Raynare nodded. "I actually do have a name planned in case it's a boy since when I thought we were having only one baby, I was hoping for a son, but I'd be happy with a girl, too. Hey Issei, how about you decide one of their names, and I decide the other?"

He nodded. "Sure thing. I also have a name planned in case we have a girl."

Mira grabbed his arm and shook it back and forth. "What is it? Tell me! Please tell me!"

Her lover closed his eyes with a smirk. "I'm not going to tell anyone~"

Mira pouted. "No fair! If you get two sons or two daughters, we may never find out in case you forget. What if it slips your mind, or you suffer a head injury, or-"

Issei burst out laughing. "You're overthinking this, Mira." He pet the bluenette, making her blush but feel happy, earning glares of jealousy from most of the other girls except Raynare, who rarely feels jealous.

One girl, Ravel, couldn't contain her jealousy and clung onto Issei's left arm, making Mira do the same with the other as they glared at each other. Ravel broke the staring contest by hugging Issei closer and nuzzling his chest like a cat, to which Mira tried to mimic only to get less room.

Seeing her own peerage member do this, Sona quickly rushed to get behind Issei and hugged his head into her chest, surprising Issei that her bosom is actually kind of big. "To have a piece of Issei, you two must go through me."

Ravel blanked, "I've been in a relationship with Issei far longer than you, so I don't need your permission, Sitri."

"Hah? What was that, heiress of Phenex? I couldn't hear you over the size of your breasts muffling your mouth!"

Tsubasa scratched her head. "I hate to break it to you Sona, but Issei doesn't care that much about chest size. Unfortunately, I have the smallest breasts out of all of his girls, but he still finds me attractive, right Issei?"

Issei's brain was frying from being in close contact for so long with multiple of his lovers. "Uh... Right you are, ahahaha," He dumbly responded.

The Phenex nodded, a look of frustration adorning her cute face, glaring at Sona. "Humu. Exactly."

Vali's mouth twitched in shock. 'I've never heard so much humu before.'

Issei sweatdropped. 'On the rare times that I've seen them interact, these two usually refer to each other by first name. How did them fighting over me cause them to revert to last name?!'

('Perhaps the honor of their clans are at stake. These two are also virgins for now, so they may be battling for you take one of them before the other in order for the loser to feel slighted.')

'As for Mira, it seems that she just wants in on the action.'

'Oof!'

Vali flopped down onto the bed to the right of Raynare, who had skootched away from the quarreling trio. "Raynare, may I?" He pointed to the bump, to which she nodded, so he placed a hand on her stomach and spoke to her stomach. "Hey you two. I'm your uncle."

Irina shocked her peerage by not only not joining the fight, but also by grinning as she also leaned forward and touched her rival's abdomen. "And I'm your Auntie!"

Dohnaseek grew a little jealous of Vali. "Hey, I'm her oldest male friend!"

"Whatever dude."

Someone cleared their throat. It was Azazel. "And I'm-"

"JOHN CENA!" He was cut off by his phone's ringtone, so he quickly rejected the incoming call.

Ophis deadpanned, "... Your comedic timing never ceases to amaze me, Azazel."

The Sekiryuutei rose an eyebrow. "Auntie, you two know each other?"

The cat-fight stopped as the three ladies were now interested in this conversation. Sona returned to her previous standing position as she awkwardly adjusted her glasses, feeling a little embarrassed for letting her emotions get the better of her.

Ophis nodded twice. "Humu humu. I let Azazel analyze my power in exchange for an unlimited supply of sweets."

Azazel laughed nervously as he rubbed his hair nervously. "Ahahaha. Well, that's been quite the strain on the Grigori's budget, you know."

"... I, don't care. Now give me cookies." He sighed as he plopped a bag containing a fresh batch of white chocolate chip cookies into her hands.

Everyone sweatdropped while Kuroka was amused. "You and Shirone would get along when it comes to food."

Azazel wasn't alone as Grayfia had also teleported in.

Grayfia smiled as she walked up to Vali and ruffled his hair. "Nephew, how are you doing? It's been a while."

Vali blushed and crossed his arms. "I-I'm fine, Auntie. You don't need to treat me like a child anymore. Hmph," He huffed.

The Red Dragon Emperor smirked. "Uh oh. We've got a male Tsundere over here."

The White Dragon Emperor glared at him. "S-Shut up."

["More like we've got 150 lbs of Dee-Vine intervention (92)! Get it? Dee-Vine? Divine? Divine Dividing? No? Okay. I'll see myself out."]

("HAHAHAHA! That was hilarious, Albion!")

["Thanks, Ddraig. At least someone around here finds my sense of humor funny."]

Grayfia stifled a giggle at Vali's behavior. "You've grown quite tall and handsome, nephew. You should stop by in Lilith sometime so that we can catch up."

Issei blinked in confusion. "Lilith?"

"The capital city of Devil territory in the Underworld, which is also where we are now for this tournament," Grayfia elaborated. "Anyway, I have to return by my King's side. He may have more work for me to do. Until then, nephew."

Vali nodded as Grayfia teleported away.

Azazel cleared his throat. "Ahem. Sorry for interrupting, but you wanted to see me?"

Issei stood up. "Oh, hey Azazel. Yeah, Sona and I wanted to talk to you."

"Hm?"

Sona cleared her throat. "W-Well, the thing is that I have two spare Rooks as my only unused Evil Pieces. I was wondering if you would be willing to trade Fafnir to me, and if so, at what price?"

The leader of the Fallen Angels ran two fingers through his beard. "If you want me to give you Fafnir, I need three things to happen:

1. Issei and his fellow Dragon Gods have to unite the Dragon race. I know Evil Dragons exist, and they will never join you, but the stray Dragons out there can, and if you give them a reason, say a good fight such as this war that will jeopardize their lives, then they cannot refuse.

2. These Dragons, after being united under the command of Issei, Bahamut, Great Red, Ophis, Tannin, and whatever other Dragon Kings are available, must promise to join a future alliance with the Three Factions once we have signed a treaty to not only end the Great War once and for all, but to also form an organized resistance against the Khaos Brigade.

3. All of you, that being Sona's and Issei's respective peerages, allow me to collect data on your sacred gears and fighting capabilities until the end of this war. I would be using data chips."

The Sekiryuutei shrugged. "I don't understand something. Why can't any of the Dragons who are at least Dragon King or higher, such as Tannin, all the way to someone as powerful as Bahamut, unite the Dragons?"

Azazel shook his head. "The Dragons don't like absolute power. A show of force almost never works because they would just hit the attacker right back to the best of their abilities. They tend to disrespect their elders, something that needs to be set as a bad example of what not to do. In order to make them whole, they need a few young, powerful, but kind and understanding Dragons such as you and your peerage to guide them. When you get there, unleash your aura, sure, but be sure to keep violence to a minimum and as a last resort. Always talk first."

Issei nodded. "You have yourself a deal. Just point me to wherever most Dragons live. Oh, and make sure that you keep whatever data you collect safe and out of anyone's reach, even from your most trusted allies."

"Don't worry, Issei," Ophis quelled any of his doubts. "Azazel may not look smart-"

"Oi!"

"But he is the leader of the Fallen Angels for a good reason. He has never let any of the data he has on me get out, so he won't do the same for you."

Irina waved her arms around. "Hang on, Issei! I thought you said to not talk about sensitive information in the hotel rooms since they might be bugged?"

"They're not."

Tannin nudged Bahamut with his elbow. "Brother, you have only, what, 25% of the Dragon race following you?"

Bahamut nodded. "Yeah. I, despite all my might, have never managed to bring most of them together. It's stupid. I could beat them all senseless singlehandedly, but they'd still never listen. We Dragons are such stubborn beings."

The Fallen scapegoat took a beautiful white ring off his middle finger and threw it to Issei, who hastily caught it. "There. Fafnir is sealed inside it. It's too big to stay on any of my other fingers without sliding, so I had it on my middle finger."

"You're giving him to us already?"

He nodded. "Yeah. I figured that you're not one to go back on your word. You honor your promises, so... Yeah."

The ring suddenly glowed brightly as it jumped out of Issei's hand, disappearing into the form of a person. They have long white hair and green eyes. The figure is tall and muscular.

They approached Sona and...

proceeded to flip up her skirt.

"Neuhehehehe! Black pantsu! Now that's something."

Sona held her skirt down and glared at him with a blush. "Fafnir..." Her peerage also glared at the perverted Dragon.

"Sorry, Pres. I couldn't help myself. You see, there is nothing, and I mean absolutely nothing greater, more important, than panties. I had to see for myself."

"... You have a panties fetish," Tsubaki deadpanned.

Fafnir smirked. "Indeed. And I'm damn proud of it."

Momo shook her arms wildly as she shouted, "Well, you shouldn't be!"

"Heh. Sorry, sweetheart. A man's got to do what a man's got to do." He winked at her.

"I see that you haven't changed one bit, Faf."

Fafnir whipped his head to Issei. "Ah. Vritra. It's been too long! How have you been, old friend?"

("He's certainly been better than you. Seriously. What's wrong with you?")

"Hello, Ddraig. Whatever do you mean?"

["Ddraig means to scold you by saying that you have no pride by turning yourself into a slave for a lesser being such as Azazel, which I have to agree with. No offense."]

Azazel chuckled at Albion's remark. "None taken."

Fafnir pouted. "I had my reasons."

("Such as?!")

["Yeah! Let's hear 'em!"]

"Well... I'm lazy and wanted as little to do with other people as possible since they piss me off and only hurt me more than they make me happy. Azazel was the person I saw that would give me an escape from that situation where I would have to interact as little with others as possible, and given such a golden opportunity, I took it."

["You're just making excuses to get away from your duty as a Dragon King, you NEET!"]

"Albion, Ddraig, lay off. It seems that Fafnir has changed."

("In what way? I'd gladly work alongside him as long he doesn't run away like a coward again.")

Fafnir sighed. "Vritra is right. I am hereby choosing to join Sona Sitri's peerage to work alongside you guys, mainly the Sekiryuutei who is spearheading our war efforts, because I realized that this war effects me, too."

([... "Fair enough."])

Issei looked at Tannin in confusion. "What kind of Dragon King duties are Ddraig and Albion talking about, Gramps?"

He smirked. "I'm glad you asked. You see, Bahamut, Tiamat, and I are some of the first ever Dragons in all of existence, and when Bahamut came along, it was supposed to be that the Dragon Kings would serve the Dragon God King, that being him. Big brother did his best, but other than Tiamat and I, the other four had different ideas. As a matter of fact, I ought to set Tiamat straight once and for all since she is behaving far too much like those four shortly before they left for my liking."

"Who were these other four Dragon Kings?"

"I... can't remember. It was a long, long time ago. The other two current Dragon Kings, the Mirdgard Serpant and Yu-Long, have no pride as Dragons, just like Fafnir."

Fafnir protested. "Hey!"

"Formerly. Yu-Long is partnered to someone named Sun Wukong, a supposedly powerful Youkai monkey."

Issei rose an eyebrow. "That's weird. I know he's the 13th strongest being in the universe, but I don't see what Yu-Long would get out of partnering up with him when he could have chosen to serve Bahamut, a guarantee of safety."

"I agree. As for the Midgard Serpent, he is apparently the son of Loki."

"Huh?!"

"You heard me, kid. Even I find it very hard to believe at times, but it's the truth."

"... No, no, no. That can't be right. No woman in their right mind would ever open their legs for that ugly piece of shit, at least not willingly. He had to have raped them. Yes. That must be it."

Tannin shrugged. "I don't know. Look, just be careful, Issei. And if you run into any Evil Dragons, I hope you know what you're doing. They are a force to be reckoned with."

Sona sighed. "Where was I? Oh yeah." She held up her Rook pieces to Fafnir's chest. ""I, Sona Sitri, implore you to join me in my quest for power, and in return, your wishes shall be granted!"

Both Rooks mutated.

Sona's peerage is officially complete.

She allowed herself a brief moment to smile evilly and clench her fist in celebration. 'Suck on that, Sairaorg!'

Issei turned to his peerage. "Kuroka, Akeno, Vali, and Arisu are coming with me to go talk to these Dragons immediately. The rest of you, I order Tsubasa, Murayama, Ravel, Rossweisse, Irina, and Raynare to stay behind to look over your Queen as she rests." They nodded.

Tannin frowned. "That reminds me, Vali, why do you let Issei order you around?"

"Hm? I don't. I just stick by him because wherever he goes, there's bound to be adventure and trouble. It will give me a chance at a good fight, plus, once the Dragons see the lack of hostility between the White Dragon Emperor and his rival, then they're bound to change."

Arisu and Akeno shared a look and snickered as they stared at Raynare.

Raynare felt uneasy. "Hm? What?"

"Ara ara. Looks like the Arisu and I are sleeping in this room with you tonight."

"Huh?!"

Arisu clarified, "Someone's gotta look after yer immobile, soon-to-be-a-mama ass."

Akeno threw her hands up and cheered, making her huge tits jiggle violently. "Yay! Sleepover!"

Kuroka moved her paws in a playful manner. "Give me lots of nieces and nephews to spoil, nya!" She winked.

Raynare ignored Akeno and Kuroka, the female Perverted Duo. "Are you saying I'm too fat to move?"

Arisu smiled as she placed her hands on her hips. "Pretty much."

"How rude! Just wait till Issei knocks you up someday, and you'll understand my pain."

Arisu rolled her eyes. "Oh, suck it up, darlin'. I'm only teasin' ya."

Raynare frowned. "Don't insult my girlish figure, then."

"Ara ara, you're huge."

"AKENO!" Raynare wanted to lunge forward and choke the life out of the Knight.

Akeno giggled. "Fufu. I'm kidding... for now."

Raynare sighed. "Around four and a half to five more months of this horseshit... Fuck. This sucks having twins. Like, I'm happy, but now all of a sudden, I'm very self-conscious of my looks since my stomach is only going to be twice as large as a normal pregnancy, and people won't hesitate to point it out or at least look at me like a special case. Mou."

"If you need a healer, don't hesitate to call for me, even when I'm asleep," Ravel smirked, thoroughly amused by her Queen's chagrin.

"And if you need a bodyguard, all of us will protect you with our lives," Rossweisse placed a hand on Raynare's.

Murayama nodded. "Yeah! A Dragon Samurai like me can do more than just fight. I can guard you, too."

Irina sighed. "I suppose I'd be willing to set aside my differences with you for the next five months, my rival, for an infant, no, two infants are more important than our petty differences."

Vali sweatdropped. "I never thought I'd hear you say something so eloquent."

"Heh. Be surprised, my friend. Be surprised."

Irina had this smirk that looked so unusual on her face, it somewhat annoyed Vali. 'Is she a Chuunibyo?!'

"Hm? Whatever."

Mira furrowed her eyebrows, not wanting to be left out. "I want to be considered your children's Aunt, too!"

Sona nodded. "Me, as well."

Kalawarner, Dohnaseek, Mittelt, and Asia also nodded.

Raynare raised her eyebrows and grinned. "You guys..."

Issei cleared his throat. "Whatever happens, happens. But, as I said before, we will not be revealing our children's genders until Raynare gives birth. As a matter of fact, I don't want a gender reveal party for any of my future kids for any of you girls. The last time a gender reveal party happened, pretty much the entire American state of California was set on fire by idiots."

Great Red groaned. "Don't remind me. I was planning to visit Disney Land and use their rollercoasters after hours illegally. My vacation plans were canceled."

"Yeah. 2020 was the worst!"

No truer sentence has ever been spoken.

. . . . . . .

A half hour later, Issei and Sona's peerages set out to go to the location Azazel told him about.

He took Kuroka, Akeno, Vali, and Arisu with him, his heavy hitters and best friend, which should be more than enough to knock out any Dragons who attempt to attack them.

The location was an island in the Human world very close to Kyoto, sitting just north about 20 miles off the mainland, invisible to Humans due to many very high level invisibility and illusion barrier spells placed around it by the Dragons living there to the point that the leaders of the Three Factions wouldn't be able to sense them.

As to how Azazel got this confidential information, there was much bribing Ophis with sweets involved.

As they flew with their wings out, Fafnir spoke. "According to popular belief in the supernatural, the Kyoto Youkai have a folktale that the area that the island resides in that they are unaware of is home to ghosts of terrifying beasts. They dubbed the area, 'The Evil Waters,' claiming no person should ever go there. Even for Humans, an unusually high number of ships and airplanes have gone missing in the rather small concentration of water (93). Due to the illusion spells placed, it is impossible for outsiders to navigate this area without getting lost, confused, and sometimes even go missing."

"How encouraging," Vali stated, not amused in the slightest by the creepy mystery.

Arisu shouted over violent gusts of wind blowing in their faces. "People fear what they can't see and what they don't understand, which they come to hate."

Kuroka nodded. "Humu. They also fear those who are different than them, nya. Dragons are lucky to be such powerful beings and living in seclusion from other races, otherwise they would likely experience war, genocide, and slavery, nya."

Fafnir changed the topic. "By the way, this is also the place where the Great War started since God sent his Angels to investigate the disturbance here, and for some reason, he sent a rather large force. The fighting between the Dragons here combined with the presence of an unusually large number of Angels sent the Devils into a panic, so Lucifer sent his own much smaller force to attempt to spy on the Angels to see what's going on. The spies got caught red-handed, one thing leads to another, and fighting broke out.

Not long afterwards, the first major battle of the Great War happened near the center of the Catholic Church in Rome, as Lucifer sent a very large attack group to retaliate. The leader of the Fallen Angels at the time, Kokabiel, saw this all happening and decided to wait a few decades of bloodshed before declaring war on both factions, even when his own kin were already being slaughtered by the Angels. The Fallen Angels were the only faction that didn't want war for the most part, so this eventually led to the other Fallen Angels voting Kokabiel out of power and appointing Azazel as their governor.

The Great War also had its last major battle near here when Ddraig and Albion, who were fighting each other all over the world from Europe and Africa to here, were forced to work together when massive numbers of all Three Factions allied to take them down, sealing them in their sacred gears. After that, they turned on each other while retreating."

["Now that you say it, this place does look familiar."]

"We're here!" Fafnir announced, his King Sona and the others stopping behind him.

There was a very thick, white fog throughout the flight that obscured most of their vision, but now that they easily passed through the barriers, the fog dissipated and the island is visible, and it is humongous.

"Um, how big is this island? And what's it called?" Issei said.

Fafnir chuckled. "Everyone? Welcome to The Firmament, the safe haven for Dragons! As for your question, Issei, this island is 90 miles from one end to the other. It is shaped like an ellipse."

Akeno rose an eyebrow. "You said this place is called The Firmament? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that word is synonymous with Heaven."

"You are right, Himejima. That is because this place is said to be as gorgeous as Heaven. Very few places on Earth are like that: all of Japan's rural areas, Hawaii, the American Rocky Mountains, the Himalayas of Tibet, the French Alps... Yeah. That's about it."

"By the way, you can call us by our first names! You're in Sona's peerage now, meaning you are also our friend!"

"Very well."

Issei was speechless. "90 miles?! You'd think that someone would notice it by now, but hot damn, this is a very well guarded secret!"

"Yeah, well don't get too comfortable. We're not here to build ourselves a home on the island and live the rest of our lives in the middle of nowhere, as tempting as that is. We're here to make friends with the locals, to unite our kind, who will be an essential war asset."

"How many Dragon clans are there?"

"From strongest to weakest, the Havoc Dragons, Flame, Lightning, Water, and Wind, so five in total."

"What are the Havoc's magical capabilities?"

"All of the above. They're the power-hungry war mongerers. The Flame Dragons have an alliance with them and are fighting against the Water and Lightning Dragons, who are allies. The only clan that wants peace is the Wind Dragons since they're the weakest and have suffered the most."

"Do any of the other clans try to stand up for the Wind?"

"The Water Dragons do. Unfortunately, their alliance with the Lightning is quite fragile due to the fact that the Lightning don't care about collateral in a war zone, often resulting in deaths of innocent Wind Dragons."

"Last question, Fafnir. What is the population of the Dragon race?"

"The current total population of the Dragon race is 1,000,000. If you want to break this up by clan, then most to least are 400,000 Flame, 300,000 Wind, 200,000 Water, 70,000 Lightning, and 30,000 Havoc. Unfortunately, due to the war and low birth rates, the population of the Dragon race is going down every day and is in danger of going extinct if they don't get their shit together."

The wind finally calmed down. As they approached a half mile distance above the beach, Issei sensed something. "Heads up, everyone! We've got incoming Dragons."

Blue teleportation circles appeared in front of them above the island, hissing loudly as out came a cavalry of tens of thousands of Dragons from every clan came in view, all in their true forms.

A Flame Dragon came forward. "Who are you people and what do you want?! I sense Devils among you."

They also sensed something Draconic and very familiar to their own, but leagues above their power. Whatever it is, they were terrified of them.

However, they soon calmed down when they recognized Issei, a being quite popular among most races.

"Greetings. I am the Red Dragon Emperor, Issei Hyoudou. With me, I have a few members of my peerage, as well as Vali Lucifer, the White Dragon Emperor and my best friend. We come in peace." Issei channeled a peaceful, friendly aura to them, making them calm down.

However, the de facto leaders of the clans were still on edge. A large Lightning Dragon flew forward a little, his size signifying his rank as with all Dragons. "You mean to tell me that there is peace between the hosts of Ddraig and Albion?! How is that possible?!"

Issei nodded. "There is. The two aren't fighting anymore, rest assured. I am also the host of the Prison Dragon King Vritra." He gestured to Fafnir and Arisu. "With me, I have brought the Gigantis Dragon King Fafnir as well as the Dragon God King Bahamut's daughter, Arisu Yamauchi, one of my lovers."

The Dragons were shocked but elated to see them.

The Water Dragon, a beautiful blueish-white form that blends in well with the clouds, commented. "F-Forgive me for my ignorance, Sekiryuutei-sama and Hakuryuukou-sama, but what is your purpose for coming here? And why have you brought Devils to our doorstep?"

"We have come here to unite our species. The Dragons must stop fighting."

The Flame leader was animated. "What?! Why should we?!"

The Lightning leader also was outraged. "Please give us a reason as to why we should stop fighting!"

Issei sighed. "You fools!" His aura turned slightly threatening while remaining peaceful, successfully intimidating them all. "Our kind is going to go extinct with the way you have run your society into the ground! Low birth rates, violent wars, senseless bloodshed, and prideless important Dragons turning themselves into slaves of the Three Factions is causing your population to dwindle every day. Is that what you want?! A slow, painful, miserable end?!

There is a much larger war that is happening, even though it hasn't officially started yet. Evil Dragons and wicked gods are siding with the enemy of the entire world, both supernatural and Human! Whether you like it or not, I promise that this war will effect all of you and the people you care about.

My goal is to bring us all together, because we need as many allies as we can get if we hope to survive. Our best shot is to create a peace treaty and organized alliance that consists of us, our three Dragon Gods, the Three Factions, the Youkai, and whatever good divine beings are willing to join us from pantheons such as the Shinto, the Greek, the Norse, the Hindu, and whatever other Primordials exist.

Our enemy is the Khaos Brigade! They're an organization that we have very little intel on, but they likely have extremely large numbers and powerful, intelligent leaders; we believe the Devil himself, Satan Lucifer, who has been confirmed to have returned, is involved with them, possibly one of their leaders. They almost nuked the Earth through manipulation of Human governments. They are planning to use their pawns, defected members of the Devils and Fallen Angels, to kill us all. For what purpose remains unknown. I cannot stress enough that these... men... all must die (94)! They will bring ruin to us all!

Please, my brothers and sisters! Set aside your petty differences and join me if you trust me!"

After a very long silence, the de facto leader of the Wind Dragon nervously flew towards the Sekiryuutei while speaking. "I'll join you."

"I, as well." The Water Dragon leader followed.

"What?!" The Lightning leader protested, not liking the fact that his ally is leaving.

Soon, dozens followed hundreds, hundreds turned into thousands, and thousands turned into tens of thousands of allies.

Seeing this, the Lightning Dragon shrugged. "Fine. I won't fight the Flame and Havoc anymore. If what you say is true, then you and our gods are our leaders."

The Flame Dragon nodded in agreement. "Yeah. Besides, I'm excited for a harder fight."

Lastly, the Havoc leader sighed. "I suppose we will also join since it sounds like there is a bigger fish that needs killing."

Issei laughed. "There's always a bigger fish (95). Now then, all of you may return home and announce that your war amongst yourselves is over. Tell everyone, your friends and families, what I told you, and make sure your subordinates behave and don't start killing members of other clans again."

The leaders nodded. "Yes, Sekiryuutei-sama!"

Some of them grumbled in annoyance, mainly the members of the Lightning and Havoc, but others such as the Wind, Water, and Flame were glad to see their civil war end. Even though the Flame are strong, they now felt sick to the bone for having murdered so many.

As the Dragons returned, Vali looked towards Issei. "Well done. It's amazing that you can do what Bahamut, Great Red, and Ophis couldn't."

"Hmph." Issei created a communication circle. "Azazel, it's done. Hm. Good." The circle disappeared. "Understand, Vali. This was only the beginning (96). There may be more factions out there that we're unaware of who might join us with a little persuasion."

. . . . . . .

Ninth Circle of Hell

Lucifer's Castle

Satan was stoic. "So that's your play, Sekiryuutei? Strength in numbers? It's a shame that your Queen and her mother have joined you; they're the only people I like."

Astaroth had a barely noticeable smirk. "Hm? Oh, well would you look at that. My liege, it seems the Icon of Sin is requesting more fear. He really wants to return to his full strength soon."

"Hmph. Then it is time for us to push our plans forward. The Well is destroyed because the Slayer ended the Wraiths' suffering, meaning we no longer have any Hell Energy to make new Demons. My Generals will be needed on the front lines to do so.

Belial, go inform Thanos to make sure that our newest enslaved Devils and Fallen stay out of the way. Astaroth, go pay the filthy Humans a... friendly visit. Expect the Doom Slayer to show up."

They bowed briefly with sadistic smiles on their faces. "Yes, my lord/liege!"

As the two Generals apparated, the Devil summoned a stone rune with blood markings on it. "In the mean time, I shall create a record of the Doom Slayer and give it to Thanos so that our underlings understand how truly powerful the Slayer is."

He cleared his throat. "In the first age, in the first battle..."

Team Holy Trinity HQ

While the Chief and the Arbiter stayed in the same hotel as Issei's peerage, the Doom Slayer sat in a chair back in downtown Kuoh, using a cloth to polish all of his guns, deep in thought. 'VEGA, why am I staying in this universe when I can go back to my original one? Have I given up on protecting humanity there?'

The AI responded, "I believe you have taken a liking to this dimension because you have found something worth fighting. Issei Hyoudou is someone who has inspired you to be this world's shield."

'Okay, but why am I tolerating the Devils here if they're directly related to the Dark Lord?'

"From my analysis of your emotions, you have experienced what it's like to lose your loved ones before, specifically at the hands of the Demons." The Slayer clenched and unclenched his fists. "However, the Devils here are different from the Demons. Their Human appearance and behavior has made some of them likable. Of course, not all of them are good, but you have come to realize that not all of them are evil, despite descending from your ancient nemesis. After all, it is only common sense to not blame an entire race of people for the wrongdoings done by some of their kind."

'I suppose. But just because I chose to not be their enemy doesn't mean that I'll be friends with them.'

"Slayer, if you ever want to talk about it, I am here for you, my friend."

He nodded imperceptibly. 'Thank you, VEGA.'

Suddenly, a wave of Argent Energy showed in the form of a red spike on his HUD.

"I am detecting Argent Energy. The point of origin is coming from the city of Halifax in the province of Nova Scotia, Canada."

The Slayer immediately stood up and stored all of his weapons into his warp pack except his Shotgun. He equipped his Praetor suit. 'VEGA, teleport me there this instant!'

"Understood."

As the tether began activation, he thought his worst fears have come true, that the forces of Hell have found a way into more than one other dimension besides their own and the one he came from. It's not his own life he worries about, it's the lives of the innocent.

He also thought of the second time he met with Issei Hyoudou and Vali Lucifer, and when the Angel Gabriel told him that God was dead because of the Dragons in the two kids' arms, how he wanted to rip their limbs out in hopes of inflicting pain on the beings they hosted. It was a feeling he couldn't control.

The Slayer never held any love for God, but he did meet him a long time ago and swore an oath in exchange for power to avenge his comrades in the Night Sentinels.

Flashback 1700 Years Ago

Seventh Heaven

Seventh Heaven is a lair of Heaven that is only accessible to God and those he permits inside.

The Slayer lay in the Divinity Machine, a large, golden pod.

God stood next to him. "Are you ready?" He received a nod.

The Holy magic flowed into him, but the burst of power was extremely painful to take in. He screamed in agony for endless hours.

"In order for the process to be complete," The unknown Seraphim next to God said, "You must choose to sacrifice one of your physical capabilities."

So he screamed at them to take his voice, which they did.

The Seraphim continued. "They are rage, brutal without mercy. But you... You will be worse. Rip and tear, until it is done!"

When he came to, God grinned. "Good. You have become the perfect tool for judgement. Remember, the only way for you to keep your powers is to dispose of all who dare to defile my name for as long as I shall live. In the unlikely event that I die, you are to be my successor.

Now go. The Devil's punishment awaits no one. You will strike fear into his heart as well as his followers."

But the Slayer didn't give a fuck about succeeding anyone. He only wanted one thing, and that's his revenge.

Flashback To A Decade Prior To This

The Doom Slayer was once a Human soldier who was ordered to open fire on innocent civilians, so he killed his CO. This got him court martialed and literally discharged as they put him into a space pod and launched him into a random direction in the void, landing on a planet he would eventually call his home, Argenta.

He met the Night Sentinels, a group of powerful warriors with technology far more advanced than anything he would ever see. In time, he would join them, although reluctantly as he distrusted them at first. Eventually, they would become his brothers-in-arms.

The Slayer never had a family other than his pet bunny, Daisy, as well as his best friend, Valen, Commander of the Night Sentinels, the highest middle ranking officer in the Argenta military.

Valen was a good man who allowed him and Daisy to stay in his home, his wife cooking meals for him for a few weeks before their first ever battle against Hell.

The Night Sentinels and their leader, King Novik, only ever referred to him by one name: the Outlander. They were his brothers-in-arms who fought side-by-side alongside him, defending the planet Argenta from the invading Demons.

They were winning against the forces of Hell. As hard as it was to believe, they were, and it was only because of their two most powerful warriors, the Outlander and Valen. With these two, the Night Sentinels were unstoppable. Valen was not even close to as physically capable as him, but his intelligence was nigh unmatchable.

Somewhere along the way, the Devil must have recognized this threat and came up with a plan to separate the Outlander, Valen, and the rest of the Night Sentinels from their home.

The Night Sentinels worshipped and protected their original gods, the Wraiths, beings secretly created by God.

Then they came, the Maykrs, beings claiming to be Angels but were actually synthetic Demons in disguise due to their insidious methods to achieve their desires. As the Argentans worshipped the Wraiths less and less due to the evolution in technology that the Maykrs gave them, so to came their corruption and eventual downfall.

One day, a trio of servants of the Maykrs named the Order of the Deag came to Argent D'Nur. Argenta was starving for natural resources to fuel their civilization, so they promised King Novik a solution. Of course, it was a trap since these three men were actually Hell Priests whose goal, by order of their master, Satan Lucifer, was to capture the Wraiths and bring them to him. They would combine the power of the Wraiths with the Hell Essence of the Demons to create Argent Energy, the vile magic needed to rip open portals to other worlds and dimensions and to create new Demons.

The Outlander, Valen, and a strike force of Night Sentinels were sent through the mysterious portal and into Hell where they were sealed by the Demons and forced to fight. One by one, the Night Sentinels perished. By the time the duo had made it back home through a portal called The Well, their entire civilization had already fallen.

Daisy's head was found on a spike, forever fueling the Outlander's never-ending hatred and rage for the Demons. The Demons would come to fear, hate, and worship him as they named him the Doom Slayer.

After that, Valen had nightmares of his son, captured and tortured by Demons. He repeatedly did Satanic rituals in hopes of contacting a powerful Demon, and Satan answered. He promised to resurrect his son, which he did, but not in the way he thought.

His son came back in the form of a Demon by the name of the Titan, and then later on, the Icon of Sin. To the Devil, it was a cruel joke for his own amusement, which was a mistake.

The Slayer was forced to kill his best friend's son twice using a sword he retrieved while in Hell called the Crucible. He was forced to break off the blade everytime he killed one, leaving the blade in the remains of the Titan and the Icon so that they would stay dead.

To get a new Crucible blade, he would go back to Hell and create a new blade using the Argent Energy from the remains of entire legions of Demons he would slaughter.

That was all before he got the power of God.

Flashback End

Lilith, Underworld

Sirzechs just passed a new law. Slavery had finally been outlawed, and all who have ever participated in it would be punished severely. Investigations were being done into the circumstances of every Devils' peerage and how each member came to join them, focusing on if their consent was given.

He was in the middle of a meeting with the other three Devil Kings. "Pleasure doing business with you."

Suddenly, a massive burst of energy could be felt in the Human world all the way from here.

"W-What is that?!" Falbium shouted.

Serafall clutched her collar and hyperventilated. "Ack! It feels so familiar, much like the Old Satans, but at the same time not!"

Sirzechs stood up and was about to issue orders when they felt another large wave of identical energy, this time from the stadium. "Crap. Ajuka, mobilize the army to the stadium!"

Ajuka clutched his head in pain as a headache wracked his body for no apparent reason. "S-So much pain and suffering! What do we do about the one in the Human world?"

"Nothing. We cannot allow Human governments to know of our involvement. Our intervention could be seen as an act of war towards humanity."

Serafall was pissed. "So we're just going to leave those people to die?!"

A new voice interrupted. "That won't be necessary." It was Issei and the same previous people accompanying him.

Sirzechs was delighted to see them. "Issei! So-tan!"

"Heh. Don't worry. We'll take care of them. Your three need to focus on protecting the civilians while Ajuka deploys his soldiers." They nodded.

"What about us." Gabriel teleported in with the leaders of Heaven and the Grigori.

"Same as those three. Save as many as you can. By the way, we'll likely be sending the Slayer to you. I have seen how he works, and... Let's just say that you and your troops shouldn't get in his way."

Ajuka crossed his arms. "What's so special about him?"

Issei scoffed. "Trust me, I have seen the way he operates. You haven't seen anything yet, and you are not ready for what he's capable of. Stay out of his way. Do I make myself clear?"

Gabriel nodded. "Okay. Good luck, Issei."

As he teleported away, Azazel scratched his head. "I want to analyze this Slayer's power, too."

Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada

The tethering process was complete as a white light filled his vision and disappeared along with the electricity surrounding his body. As he fell onto the ground, he looked around to assess the situation, Shotgun at the ready.

VEGA beeped three times. "I am picking up alarmingly high amount Argent Energy, even more so than that of a normal invasion. Perhaps the forces of Hell are trying to resurrect the Icon of Sin."

The Slayer clinched his fist in rage. 'Then we have to go back to my universe and get the Crucible back from that bastard.'

"Unfortunately, yes. Activating tether."

Samuel Hayden straight up told him that he intended to continue using the Crucible for its Argent Energy, which would only allow more demonic invasions to take place. Now, he finally has his chance at tearing the robot to shreds.

. . . . . . .

DOOM-verse

Hell had invaded Earth, and the only ones who tried to do something about it were a vigilante resistance group called the ARC, but they suffered heavy casualties.

For whatever reason, no Human military was called upon to fight. Unbeknownst to them, the Devil had already indoctrinated every politician on the planet. All of them were brainwashed and told to let the invasion happen.

Somewhere in orbit above Earth in an ARC compound, Dr. Samuel Hayden, the head of the Union Aerospace Corporation, or UAC for short, was celebrating his new success. A deal had been done with the Maykrs, and with the Crucible in his hands, he used it to give them what they wanted: a gateway between Hell and Earth. In exchange, he earned more money than any person in any universe ever has before.

He kicked his feet back and exhaled in pleasure, his hands behind his head. "Life is good."

The song 'Handlebars' by Flobots was playing in the background.

"Look at me, look at me. Just called to say that it's good to be alive in such a small world. I'm all curled up with a book to read. I can make money, open up a thrift store. I can make a livin' off a magazine. I can design an engine, sixty-four miles to a gallon of gasoline"

The song progressed.

"And I can end the planet in a holocaust. In a holocaust. In a holocaust."

Samuel sighed. No matter how he tried to justify his actions, he always felt dead on the inside, knowing that he just let humanity go extinct ever since he got rid of the Slayer a month ago.

He would always use the excuse that the need for the Crucible, for Argent Energy, was for the good of humanity to solve their energy crisis, but that was a lie. In the end, he blamed the Slayer when he really was at fault.

Suddenly, a whooshing sound could be heard. He turned around to see the Slayer hovering off the ground as he exited teleportation.

Hayden was sure that if he still had a Human body, he would have shit himself, but he was just a brain in the form of a robot. He did his best to sound intimidating as he stood up, his raspy deep voice naturally loud. "What are you doing here?"

"Greetings, Doctor Hayden."

"VEGA? You've betrayed me?"

"I never agreed to your psychotic plan in the first place. Besides, you tried to kill me first. Anyway, the Slayer and I would like to know where the Crucible is and what you have done with it."

"I still have the Crucible."

"And? Hand it over."

"W-Why should I?"

The Slayer stomped forward, making Hayden fall backwards out of fear.

"The Slayer says that it belonged to him originally. We'll ask you one last time, what have you done with it?"

"I used it to summon the armies of Hell to Earth."

The Slayer was enraged.

"On whose authority?"

Hayden sighed. "The Maykrs. They promised me money. I earned it, but..."

The Slayer glared at the man behind his visor, his face barely visible. 'But it isn't enough, is it?! Greedy shitheads like you can never have enough!'

He suddenly grabbed one of Hayden's robotic arms, ripped out out of its socket, and proceeded to beat him with it. Hayden didn't feel the pain of the limb tearing out, but the sensation of being hit in the head where his only Human organ, his brain resided, was too much as jolts of agony struck him in his synthetic head.

"Wait! Please stop! Here's the Crucible!" Samuel handed the sword to the Slayer. "Now take it and leave!"

The Slayer took a moment to make sure it works as he pressed a button, making the red blade pop out before he deactivated it and stored it into his warp pack. 'Why should I?! Fuck you!'

"I know what you must be thinking, but let me tell you something. Ever since God passed away," Hearing this, the Slayer froze, "I've lost my ways."

'How do you know about that?!' The Slayer pointed his Shotgun at the Doctor.

"Don't you remember me? I was the Seraphim who was there when you used the Divinity Machine. I was the one who created the Khan Maykrs, who are technically my own personal legions of fake, synthetic Angels. I was the one who partnered with Hell and murdered all your comrades in Arg-"

VEGA interrupted him, his normally cheerful voice now deep and distorted as if angry and shocked. "My eyes have been opened. You. You betrayed me. I can... see now... Am I The Father, Dr. Hayden?"

A bright golden swirling light surrounded the Doom Slayer's head, specifically in the area where he keeps VEGA's core chip.

Hayden was aghast, recognizing the aura. "... What?! Are you saying you're-"

He never finished his sentence. The Slayer stomped on his head, crushing it, killing him.

The Slayer stopped for a moment to process what just happened. He trusted VEGA completely with his life, he did, but... Now, he couldn't help but grow wary of his AI friend.

Was VEGA keeping secrets from him?

His thoughts were cut off by the subject at hand. "The Crucible has been secured. We must leave.

'No, wait! I want to look around first to see if there is anything useful around here.'

"Okay. Let me know when you're ready."

The Slayer saw a hallway with shelves of glass acting as security vaults with passwords. Walking towards it to get a clos
