Only the coffee machine sounded after Daniela heard the stunning news from her parent. She tried to understand why 'Why just now? He could call me 2 or 3 years ago but why he called me after ignoring me for a long time.' 

"Daniela?" Emilia asked to make sure she's okay. "Are you okay? Just think about it for a while."

"Yeah, bye. Take care," 

Emilia hung up the phone because she knew Daniela wouldn't hang up because she too busy with her mind and thought. That's true because she stood in front of the coffee machine and did nothing except looking for the answer. 

Her father was a different kind of person, she hated him a lot but also she couldn't resist him. He was an intimidating man for her. Daniela should find a good reason to say no, she didn't want to be there, that wasn't her home or family, they just people who related by blood.
