I've successfully avoided Ezra for the rest of the day. Next week, we're free from school, so I don't have to see him anymore. Or, well, that's how it's supposed to be... Fate probably won't be that nice to me. I spend the rest of my Friday playing video games until I get a call.

'Yo, Ari. We're gonna do a sleepover tomorrow! You wanna come?' Isaiah yells through the phone. Since I am always bored during vacations, I agree. 'Nice! Elijah, Ezra and I will see you tomorrow then.' He hangs up before I can answer.

Well, there we go. No avoiding Ezra. I'm just glad they didn't invite anyone else; I don't want others to notice the problems between us. I won't be able to sleep tomorrow for sure, so I decide to go to bed early.

I wake up at noon. Isaiah sent me a message that they expect me around 1 PM. I pack my bag, shower and eat some brunch. I kiss my dad goodbye before I walk out the door, right into what will probably be hell.
