I ran up to my room after leaving the table. I tried to calm myself and catch my breath. Bella is getting information from someone. I have to move very fast. There are very few people who know who I was. My late husband may look very carefree but he is not easily fooled. He notices I did not really like Mary but he acted ignorantly about it. I know he found out about my affair with Steve even if he said nothing.
