“The light clothes help you maintain a state of mind. Most of the orgaion comes with the mind.”

“You mean like, don’t get too tense, something like that?”

“Precisely, yes.”

‘I don’t think I get relaxed wearing that…’ Kai wasn’t too fond of cotton large pants and see-through tank top.

“As I told you yesterday, the orgaion is part of the human capability. At least it’s the main line of belief. What you do is learning to control it. First you need to be able to visualize how it flows within your body. Your inner stream. And for that, you need to be able to free yourself from thought. Your brain is always making you distract from your surroundings. You need to practice being able not thinking of anything. Stop thinking. This also helps you learn controlling your mindstate.”

“Wait, not thinking? That’s impossible! What should I think? Of a blank scene?”

“That’s not nothing.”
